House location was perfect, very quiet surrounded by gorgeous trees with a nice trail to walk nearby. Perfect size for our family of four and two small dogs. We enjoyed the deck and fire pit in the evenings. 30 minutes to Pinecrest Lake. We also visited Twain Harte for some thrifting and dinner, and Lyons Dam and reservoir was also a nice place to spend a few hours.
The property was exactly how it was portrayed on the listing. My family and I loved the seclusion and the walking trail very close by. We will be looking to stay at this property again if available.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback.
The Naughty Pine cabin was the perfect cabin for our family. We enjoyed fresh snow falling making it perfect for the kids to sled and build snow men. We enjoyed the nice warm fire and the beds were so comfy. Definitely will be coming back to this little gem. The owners were great and very responsive! The vacation property management was also fantastic and helped us with anything we needed.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your honet feedback Tony. We'd be happy to host you again anytime!
The cabin is cozy and comfortable! Everything worked great and is very clean and up to date. It’s near the bottom of the road almost by itself, and the driveway is paved and flat which was great for my mother who had mobility issues. Overall this was one of the better place I have stayed in this area.
The property was very nice, perfect for the three of us and our dog. The area was beautiful and very quiet. I loved that it was at the end of the road away from other cabins. I felt very comfortable leaving my dog out on the deck where he was contained and couldn’t get into trouble. It was well designed and very cozy. Our day trip to the lake was ten miles away. The kids had a blast. The management company was very helpful. We will be back.
We loved staying at Naughty Pines cabin!2 families of 3, each with toddlers and a dog and it was the perfect getaway for the kids to play in the snow. The cabin is at the end of the road so it feels very private. Hiking trails/walking trails start right outside the door and just open to explore. It snowed almost non-stop during our stay so didn’t really have the need to drive anywhere. We were able to just walk up the paths and find some good clearings for the kids to play without crowds all around.Good cleanliness, nothing felt dirty.Communication with host was great. Did not run into any issues where reaching out was necessary, but it was clear the host was available if needed.Would stay here again!
My family and I decided to take a small getaway from the city. As others stated the entrance road was a little bumpy but still very easy to navigate. The cabin does feel pretty secluded and there is a tree intentionally going through the deck which all of us thought was pretty neat. The creek was easy to find and in the evenings we enjoyed seeing a goat farmer pass by with their goats. The kids got a kick out of the "cubby" beds, they loved them! If you have children and a dog then this is your place! They had some fun board games we got to play as well.
We intended to travel to Yosemite but Stanislaus had some great kid and dog friendly hiking trails so we stayed in the area. The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked (thankfully because we cook all our own meals) and we even found some bug spray which we had forgotten to pack.
We had a fantastic time and would definitely visit again.
Nice private cabin with tree top views from the deck.
Cabin is located at the bottom of a narrow, pothole filled road. Not an issue for most but take it slow if you're in a low clearance vehicle. On the plus side, the location does provide privacy in a forested setting. Cabin and gated deck were very dog friendly. A short, trail leading to a stream is just behind the property and was perfect for morning dog walks. It's a short 10 minute drive to Pinecrest lake, but if Pinecrest is too busy for your taste, a quieter alternative is Lyons Reservior (2 miles away). The road to Lyons is a little dusty but there are no boats allowed on the reservoir which makes for a pieceful, scenic hike or quiet day of fishing. Bed in the loft is a little firm, which suited my wife, but I found myself missing my mattress topper (Did'nt try the beds in the second room).
