Leider mit Mängeln

Vorab: das Haus hat eine tolle Lage, ein großes Grundstück und auch sehr gut geschnitten. Aber,- Leider alles ungepflegt- Spinnweben im Wohnzimmer- Boden nicht sauber - Kein funktionierendes WLAN- Sehr Kleine Duschen, die entweder nicht zu betreten sind, weil der Zugang zu eng ist, oder im anderen Bad, einen Duschvorhang hat der so angebracht ist, dass nach jedem Duschen das Bad unter Wasser steht. - Dreck im Pool- Auflagen Liegen teilweise Nähte offen - Fliesen am Pool so glatt, dass es mit Kindern zu gefährlich ist. - Teilweise Plastik-Kunstrasen - Ranzige Fußmatten Fazit: aus unsere Sicht sein Geld absolut nicht wert! Auf unsere Bitte das WLAN in gang zu setzen hat man nur per Mail registriert, aber Gerät nicht gangbar gemacht.

Das WLAN-Problem wurde überprüft und auf eine technische Beeinträchtigung zurückgeführt, die wir künftig verhindern werden. Der Pool wird regelmäßig gewartet, jedoch können durch die Gartenlage Blätter oder Staub ins Wasser gelangen. Die Fliesen im Poolbereich entsprechen den Standards. Wir werden die von Ihnen angesprochenen Punkte prüfen und gegebenenfalls verbessern. Mooie lokatie

Fijn huisje met een ruime tuin en prachtig uitzicht. Het meubilair is wat verouderd; het huis zou verbeteren als er wat gemoderniseerd zou worden. Helaas geen schaduw bij het zwembad, ook geen parasol. Loopafstand naar een leuk strandje, erg leuk.

Ferienhaus - schön gelegen

Das Ferienhaus Gardenia erfüllte unsere Bedürfnisse weitgehend. Die Zufahrt erfolgt über einen ruppigen Feldweg nix für Porsche & Co - das Haus ist freistehend, in der Nähe gut hörbar die Disco einer Ferienanlage. Der Pool ist schön, Pool-Beleuchtung war leider defekt. Am Abend draussen immer mit Mückenspray. Für Hund ideal aufgrund Einzäunung.

Erholung pur

Wir sind mit 6 Frauen gereist. Es war ein perfektes Haus für 6 Personen. Der Pool war klasse und die Aussicht unglaublich. Die Wohnung verfügt über 2 große Kühlschränke. Man bekommt also alles unter. Die Anreise erfolgt über einen etwas holprigen Weg, ist aber machbar, wenn der Wagen nicht liefergelegt ist. ;-)) Alles in allem zu empfehlen.

Příjemná dovolená

Dům dobře vybavený s krásným výhledem na moře. Udržovaný bazén a zahrada. Celkově pozitivní dojem z pobytu nám nemohl zkazit ani velký výskyt much,mravenců a vos.

Great view

House Gardenia is in good location, in walking distance to a beautiful beach. The view from the house is amazing. The pool is perfect. The house itself is nice & cozy. Very good value for the money. The only issue we had was to turn on a TV, but that would be an easy fix.

Das Haus ist an guter Lage, mit toller Aussicht - in Summe eine tolle Ferienresidenz. Die Zufahrtsstrasse zum Haus ist schlecht, die Müllentsorgung kompliziert.

Super Lage, eingeschränkter Komfort und Zustand

Großartige Aussicht und sehr ruhige Lage. Leider ist der Zustand des Hauses und der Einrichtung in vielen Dingen (Klimaanlage, Mobiliar, Aussenmöbel, Sitzkissen, Zufahrtstor etc. ) mangelhaft und schlecht unterhalten. Die Einrichtungen sind insgesamt alt bzw. sehr bescheiden im Verhältnis zum Preis.
