In a quiet, sunny, elevated position on a slope, in a cul-de-sac. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine (for shared use). 160 m long narrow motor access. Parking at the house. E-charging station. Shop 1 km, grocery 2.6 km, restaurant 1.9 km, bus stop 250 m, railway station "Brienz" 2.5 km, outdoor swimming pool 1.7 km. Walking paths from the house 20 m, skisport facilities 17 km. Nearby attractions: Freilichtmuseum Ballenberg, Giessbach Wasserfälle. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Meiringen - Hasliberg, Brienz Axalp. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Brienzersee. Hiking paths: Haslital, Rosenlaui. Please note: the owner lives on the same property.

Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)) with dining table. Shower/WC. Balcony 10 m2, south facing position. Balcony furniture. Marvellous panoramic view of the lake, the mountains and the valley. Facilities: hair dryer, logs (free). Internet (WiFi, free). Can't beat the view, though transit options are limited to get to Brienz itself. The apartment itself is very cozy and welcoming. Dining and shopping options are only in town, and most close quite early. The key holder onsite did not speak English (luckily we had someone who could speak some German), and the laundry machine was not readily available in the unit (it was available only through the key holder). All written communication from company was in German, with no option to change/update preference.

Ideale Familienwohnung ob Brienz

Die Wohnung entspricht genau den Fotos in der Anzeige. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist unglaublich schoen. Die zwei Schlafzimmer bieten genug Platz und Privatsphaere fuer eine Familie. Alle Geraete in der Kueche und im Wohnzimmer funktionierten einwandfrei und alles notwendige um in der Wohnung zu leben war vorhanden. Das WiFi fuer Internetzugang war sehr schnell. Die Wohnungsbesitzerin war sehr freundlich und der Check-in und Check-out verliefen problemlos.

Bel appartement dans une maison typiquement Suisse avec une magnifique vue sur le lac Brienz et les montagnes. Grand, bien équipé et dans un coin très paisible. Nous avons été bien reçues par la propriétaire qui habite dans le même bâtiment.

Prachtig uitzicht en een mooi appartement.

De woning is ruim, heeft keurige voorzieningen (waaronder een prachtige douche) ien prachtig uitzicht op het meer en het hooggebergte aan de achterzijde. Geen doorgaand verkeer dus lekker rustig, maar niet geisoleerd.

Geweldige omgeving en een mooi appartement met fabelachtig uitzicht.

Heerlijk appartement, fijne verhuurders. Mooi uitzicht en centraal punt om uitstapjes te maken. Alle sis aanwezig, behalve kaasschaaf..... Hihi kom uit Gouda. Handdoeken, keukendoeken krijg je dus hoef je lekker niet mee te nemen. Gewoon genieten dus.

ruhiger Ort mit fantastischem Ausblick über den Brienzersee. Erreichbarkeit mit ÖV gut, aber gewisse Ausflugsziele sind von der Unterkunft aus kompliziert erreichbar.

Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen für all diejenigen die die Ruhe suchen. Man ist schnell in brienz und die Aussicht auf den Brienzersee ist einmalig. Guter Standort um mit dem Bike Ausflüge zu Unternehmen. Nahe beim Freilichtmuseum Ballenberg.

Lovely, quiet apartment with a wonderful view

A lovely, quiet apartment on the top floor of a family home. Clean, spacious, well designed, with all facilities. Wonderful view from the balcony of the ever-changing light and weather over Lake Brienzersee. A car is useful although there is an hourly bus to/from the lake/village. Many nice walks direct from the house, or within 30 mins by car. The lake is gorgeous to swim in. Regina and family provided a warm, helpful welcome, and we were very happy here. We would definitely return.
