Other things to note:
Loud parties, amplified music, events are not allowed. Be respectful of neighbors peace and quiet including keeping dogs indoors at night. Prior permission required for all dogs (limit 2) before booking . Dogs left alone to bark in the yard all are not welcome. Professional lawn care takes place each Tuesday morning for both front and back yards. Owner will coordinate backyard entry to water plants and grass as needed. Please water indoor plants as needed.
