Both Living room and Dining room can accommodate a larger size party and guests can sprawl around and entertain. All the Bedrooms are located on the second floor with a full size bathroom equipped with both tub and shower. The grounds are well taken care of and provide for parking for up to 4 vehicles.

The property was located in a quiet neighborhood with a gorgeous view of the ocean. Bedrooms were roomy and there was enough overall room in the house for our group. The porch was huge and had ample seating for our group. The walk to the beach was picturesque and easy. Bed linens and bath towels were included, which was nice. The house was a good value.

We have been renting this house for many years and we are happy with it . The front porch is where we spend most of our time . We love the view . Quick response time to anything we might need . The only think I might suggest is a new toaster .

This home is in a great location. Lots of character with good “bones”and great space for large family. Improvement needed: add an outside fire pit, higher quality linens, more supplies on hand such as dish soap, paper towels, trash bags, etc. Also internet connection was very weak making simple task’s difficult. Cushions on deck should really be updated as they are very worn.
