In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Stepped path (70 steps) to the house. Supermarket 700 m, restaurant 100 m, bakery 700 m, bus stop "Wiestibrücke" 300 m, railway station "Bahnhof Zermatt" 700 m. Mountain railway 300 m, ski rental 300 m, ski bus stop, ski school, children's ski school 900 m. Cabs cannot stop right in front of the house. Please note: the keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Zermatt. Additional accommodations can be booked.
3-room apartment 76 m2 on 2nd floor. Practical and comfortable furnishings: 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm). Living/dining room with dining nook and TV. Exit to the balcony. Zermatt paradise

We had a late winter snow which made Zermatt a winter wonderland. Beautiful view of the Matterhorn from the front deck. Only challenge was from steps from street to home

Appartement spacieux, confortable et bien équipé. Belle vue sur le Cervin depuis le balcon. Petit point négatif: pas de hotte dans la cuisine. Attention, pas adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite en raison des nombreux escaliers qui mènent à l’immeuble.

Great view!!

Was a beautiful location on the edge of town so a little away from all the visitors. Had a hike up the hill to get to it but view Is worth it. Larger than expected. No Oven otherwise kitchen was well stocked with dishes And cook wear. Great space for a family Of 4.

A nice apartment with a new and appealing bathroom and very practical with both an extra toilet and shower in separate rooms. A small kitchen but with everything we needed, and a big living room and a nice terrace with a great view over the rooftops and all the way to Matterhorn. Recommended.

La cuisine est sous-équipée, un four incompréhensible et ne possédant aucun plat ou plaque adapté à sa taille pour cuire quoi que ce soit, pas de planche à pain, 1 unique linge à disposition, vraiment insuffisant pour une famille de 4 personnes. L'accès difficile à la maison n'est mentionné nulle part, pas évident avec une personne âgée. Bel espace de vie, relativement vieillot. Le 2e lit escamotable rend la 2e chambre très petite.

Grosses Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich. Neue, moderne Küche, 2 gut eingerichtete Schlafzimmer, 4 bequeme Betten. Moderne Badezimmer. Treppen bis zur Wohnung war lange und anstrengend. Eher abgelegen vom Dorf Zermatt.

Tolle Aussicht

Wir haben drei Nächte in dieser Wohnung verbracht. Es ist alles vorhanden, was es braucht. Ein separates Bad mit Badewanne und ein separates WC (eher klein), sowie eine separate Dusche. Es ist alles sehr sauber. Das Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten ist eher klein, aber wir sind nicht anspruchsvoll, daher kein Problem. In der Küche hat es neben einer Filterkaffeemaschine auch eine Nespressomaschine. Die Aussicht ist perfekt. Wer nicht so gut zu Fuss ist, hat vielleicht etwas Mühe mit den 70 Stufen.

Teppiche in Badezimmer, Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer sehr schmuddelig. Glühbirne in Schlafzimmer kaputt. Wohnungsempfehlung von A... für 2021 eine Katastrolhe. Hat trotz Wunsch nach Wohnung um 2000 Franken v.a. Wohnungen über 4000 vorgeschlagen und eine billigere in Spiess, obwohl ich explizit nicht dort eine Wohnung wollte.

Acceso difícil tras unas largas escaleras. Positivo si te quieres poner en forma. Enorme sala de estar, habitación de matrimonio cómoda, habitación secundaria algo pequeña. Muy buen lavabo principal, lavabo secundario diminuto. Mesa de comer algo incómoda, vajilla insuficiente. Lavadora/secadora en sala común del edificio. Buena calefacción y vistas estupendas.

Die Wohnung....

....ist in die Jahre gekommen und bräuchte eine Auffrischung (Wände, Möbel), Küche und Bäder/WC sind bereits renoviert. Einige Anschlüsse (WLAN) fallen aus der Halterung, sieht nicht schön aus. Aber die Wohnung ist komfortabel mit schöner Aussicht aufs Matterhorn.
