Salty Dog is right on the water in Tuckerton Beach! Enjoy the many amenities this property has to offer: floating dock / direct access to the lagoon in backyard; five kayaks (two of which are junior size) with four life vests included; floating mat; fire pit with seating for eight; corn-hole set; outdoor furniture set; outdoor grill (propane tank provided) and three levels of deck! The third level deck on the roof offers amazing views of the bay and surrounding area!

The house itself is tastefully decorated and offers all the comforts of home: dual zone air conditioning; flat screen TVs; two sliding glass doors; open concept second floor balcony overlooking living room; abundance of natural light; ceiling fans; gas fireplace in living room; laundry room with washer and dryer; modern kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances and honed granite countertops. Kitchen features all the primary kitchen needs: utensils, cups, bowls, plates, wine glasses, coffee maker; microwave; toaster. We provide all the linens and towels, including eight beach towels. And the house size is approximately 2,500 square feet: plenty of room for your party!

Another great stay

This is our third time we have been to the Salty Dog. Always a great time.. location offers a little bit of everything! From just hanging out to a short drive to LBI and some other great locations. Great communication and ease of check in a plus.

My family and I had a wonderful vacation in this spacious and beautifully decorated home. My two kids each brought a friend, and they had the entire upstairs to themselves. Being on the water was great and their favorite part was using the paddleboards. They were on the water every day. The view was amazing. Many thanks to the owners who were always available for any questions.

Beautiful vacation property!

The house is very spacious, clean, organized and well equipped with outside fun as well as everything you need in the kitchen. Owners were very nice and very easy to contact. Will be staying there again next year.

Clean, comfortable and convenient

We stayed in late December so didn’t need any outdoor amenities but the house was perfect for our visit with family in the area. Property is well kept and the home was inviting. Great roof deck and porch which would probably be fun in warmer weather to people watch. Convenient to local restaurants and Wawa (if you appreciate NJ/PA’s best convenience store!). Would stay here again without hesitation.

Just Beautiful!

We loved this house and location! Beautiful sunsets and calm waters made it a perfect retreat! We have a sailboat in a local marina and were able to sail most days and it made all the difference having a place close by to enjoy! The house is well stocked and the outdoor amenities were appreciated! Thank you!

This is a great location and a beautiful house with plenty of room for three couples. The views are pretty, easy access to the water. This is a property we will return to if we come back to this area.

The best east coast reunion!

We had the best time staying at the Salty Dog! Everything from the cleanliness to the communication of the owners was amazing. This home was perfect for my family and we made some memories we will never forget. We loved the proximity of the park, the views and the open concept of the home. We look forward to visiting again!

Long Weekend

What a beautiful home! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. You will want for nothing in this rental. All the outdoor “toys” as well as all you would need inside. The views are beautiful, restaurants are nearby, and if you really want to go to the beach, it is a very short drive. We most definitely will rent again.

Beautiful house!

We just left this beautiful house and wish we could have stayed. It was spotless and had everything you could have wanted or needed. Communication with the owners was wonderful (such nice people!) The beds were comfy and there is a tv in every bedroom. The kitchen was well stocked, plus more kitchen items in the laundry room. We highly recommend this house and we would definitely stay here again. Our dog also loved her stay! Thank you Paige and Ken!

Relaxing week

Beautiful house, very clean and well appointed. Tuckerton is a little sleepy, but LBI, AC and Ocean City are all a half hour to 40 minutes away. If our weather had been better, would have loved to explore the area around the house with the owners’ kayaks.

Great vacation at The Salty Dog

We had a wonderful time at The Salty Dog! The house was great - - it was very clean and comfortable, nicely decorated, and had plenty of room for our family. The waterfront location was also great and we enjoyed the views relaxing on the decks and kayaking. Ken and Paige were very responsive hosts and answered questions immediately. Highly recommend!!

BEAUTIFUL HOUSE FOR FAMILY VACATION

Great location and stay for a family getaway. It was my mother's 80th birthday who was in love with the house, very accessible since she is handicapped. The rest of the family enjoyed the space available and activities such as board games, cornhole, tanning on the different levels of the house. House was so clean and organized. Neighbors were also very friendly. Would definitely recommend and hoping to be back in the future.
