„Gairdín Beithe“- 10 Sneem LV - near the shore, idyllic mountain view, free WLAN

INTERIOR:
"Gairdín Beithe" (birch garden), we acquired at the end of 2018 and have lovingly completely renovated. The house is now equipped with an easy-care vinyl floor in all bedrooms as well as in the living/dining area. a comfortable ambience. The other rooms have a tiled floor. In addition to electric heating, the stove in the living room provides an inviting, cosy warmth on cold days. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with oven and ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. In the adjacent utility room there is a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, which makes daily routine work easier. The house has three bedrooms (description and bed size see photos) , three bathrooms, a guest toilet and an open living-, dining- and kitchen area.
(R2) Bedlinen and towels are supplied free of charge once at the start of rental. The client washes these during his stay if necessary. At the end of his stay it will be done by the landlord or his caretaker.

LOCATION:
The detached house is located in the colorful village of Sneem at the end of a dead end on a well-kept property with a beautiful garden. From the garden you can enjoy the idyllic view of the mountains. The mouth of the Sneem River is about 150 meters from Gairdín Beithe. The paths along there are ideal for relaxing walks or hikes. Alternatively, you are within a few minutes walk in the center of the village. There you can stroll through the shops or visit the beautiful cafes, excellent restaurants and pubs with traditional live music. Sneem is located on the Ring of Kerry / Wild Atlantic Way. Parknasilla (3 km) has a 12-hole golf course and subtropical gardens. Four 18-hole golf courses are within 30 km. Pier and deep water marina are 4 km away. Enjoy this place without light pollution. "Gairdín Beithe" is perfect for relaxing, hiking, biking, fishing or swimming at nearby beaches.

Lovely house in charming Sneem

We loved the house and its location in Sneem. It was very well appointed and beautifully maintained. It's in easy driving distance to Bantry, Kenmare and Dingle. An excellent experience.

Nice and spacey house with everything you need

The house has all you need and is very well equipped. There are many rooms and for every bedroom an own bathroom. Also the living room is comfortable with two sofas. Gratulations for that really good house.

Ring of Kerry, Sneem.

We had a great week in Gairdin Beithe. This property was like home from home, it had everything you needed, was spacious, very comfortable and lovely back gardin with views of surrounding hills. Location wise it was perfect for local beaches, hillwalking and for the pubs and restaurants, just in a fews minutes walk into Sneem village. This was our 4th time in the area in the last 20 years. A perfect home for the whole family

We spent some magical days here. We found the perfect spot to visit this area, not only the Ring of Kerry but also the peninsulas of Dingle, Beara, Mizen Head and Sheep's Head. We were able to reach every milestone of our journey, planned for months and at the same time, we had a special place where to come back to relax. We loved our breakfast looking at the enchanting garden and our infusions in the evening. The house is fully furnished, nothing is missing, and it is very welcoming, clean, tidy and comfortable. It is located in a very quiet place, a few steps from the town center, where there are all the necessary shops. Susanne is a very attentive host, for every need she entrusted us to her neighbor Margaret, who was incredibly prompt and kind when we urgently needed help due some problems with our car. We want to spend another summer in Kerry county because we have still a lot to discover having Sneem as our starting point, and we will definitely be staying at this house again.

We enjoyed our stay in Sneem and in this house. It is perfectly located from the centre of Sneem, quiet surroundings. The house was clean, well maintained and well equipped. In the kitchen is everything and more you need to cook a meal.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus perfekt zum Erkunden des Ring of Kerry

Das Ferienhaus hat uns super gefallen! Die Ausstattung ist sehr umfangreich und neu und alles war tiptop sauber. In der Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, Fernseher ist top, WLAN hat auch super funktioniert und der Kamin hat natürlich auch nicht gefehlt. Es gibt drei Schlafzimmer, die jeweils problemlos zwei Personen aufnehmen können und ebenso viele Bäder. Die Lage ist optimal um den Ring of Kerry oder die Beara-Halbinsel zu erkunden. Die Kommunikation mit den deutschen Eigentümern und mit der Person, die sich vor Ort um das Haus kümmert, war sehr unkompliziert, schnell und sehr freundlich. Vom Haus aus ist man in wenigen Gehminuten am Meer. In Sneem selbst gibt es einige Restaurants und Geschäfte, die man ebenfalls problemlos zu Fuß erreicht. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und kommen gerne wieder!

Great location and very convenient house.

We had a wonderful stay in the house, very conveniently located in Sneem, which has a lot of pubs, restaurants and shops (and two children playgrounds!), all within walking distance. The house is really nice, with all the equipments one might need, and has a wonderful view of the nature and mountains in the backyard. There is also a lot to see and do in the nearby area (including beaches).

Toll ausgestattetes Haus in schöner Lage.

Zunächst einmal, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Das Haus hat alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Ein schönes Ambiente, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Trockner und Wifi. Wir waren zu fünft unterwegs und haben es genossen die Möglichkeit zu haben sich mal zurück zu ziehen aber auch gemeinsam im großen Wohn/Essbereich zu Essen/Sitzten oder zu Spielen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet - man kocht hier gerne.

Dream Sneem

The property is beautiful, spacious and really well equipped. Our family had a great stay. It's really close to Sneem village, but it's still very quiet. For families with young children the proximity to the playground is great. The communication with Frank the property manager was excellent also.
