Casa Noelli has been inaugurated in the first days of 2019. it is situated on the very best spot of Barra Grande, Ponta do Muta, directly on th beach, whith a beachfront of 47 meters! The house is very elegantly decorated and furnished. All equipments are latest technology and only best materials have been used.
to the left you’ll find plenty of daytime beach restaurants if you like to have a meal elsewhere. The house comes with 2 full-time staff. A cook can be hired at 150 reais / day.

Casa pé na areia, espaçosa, de bom gosto e muito agradável em uma praia movimentada no réveillon

A casa em Barra Grande, na Península de Maraú, é muito bonita. É uma casa pé na areia, espaçosa, moderna e muito bem projetada, com ótima ventilação e salas amplas. Um quarto fica no primeiro andar e há quatro quartos no segundo andar. No segundo andar, os quartos têm uma boa privacidade e os quartos da frente têm uma bela vista para o mar. O ar-condicionado dos quartos é essencial no verão da Bahia. José, o caseiro, é muito simpático e eficiente. Está sempre por lá, preocupado em saber se está tudo bem. Miriam, a cozinheira, é ótima. O jardim da casa, com vista para o mar é bem agradável e almoçar na pérgola vendo o mar é uma delícia. A casa fica bem na Ponta do Mutá, um lugar bastante movimentado da praia. Nós fomos no réveillon e, como esperado, a praia estava cheia e animada. A única coisa que nos incomodou, mas que achamos importante, é que a casa vizinha é um bar com dezendas de mesas na praia e música todas as tardes. Quando estávamos na praia, a música era alta, ficava mais baixa no jardim, e não incomodava se estivéssemos dentro da casa.
