Lakefront bungalow with private beach just 20km from Albufeira

Relaxed holiday in the Algarve, on a very large private property (approx. 100,000sm) with over 50sm of living space including a south-facing terrace.

About 20km north of Albufeira directly on the lake with its own large beach.

Absolutely quiet location in the middle of nature in southern Portugal.

No traffic, no planes, no tourists - but a sunny southern location with a view of the lake, use of the lake and a fantastic starry sky and a Milky Way guarantee ;o)

Fishing and swimming in the lake is a matter of course.

Final cleaning, bed linen and towels are included.

The bungalow offers you:

Living room with couch, smart TV, BluRay player, fans in summer & heating in winter.

Bedroom with double bed for 2 people

Bedroom with a large bunk bed for 2 people

an additional camping bed 2x1m is available and can be used for the night, be set up in the living area (5th person or child)

Kitchen with stove & fridge

WC with washbasin & shower

Stainless steel outdoor sink.

Huge, furnished and completely covered south-west facing terrace for breakfast and/or dinner, with a large table for up to 6 people.

BBQ with gas.

Dart and boule game.

There is a large sunshade that can be rolled out between the western evening sun and the patio table.

The playground for your children, with a large trampoline (450cm), "tree house", slide, 2 swings and sand box and plenty of beach sand, is located at a distance from the wooden house (second rental property approx. 100m) right next to the bungalow.

Two kayaks for fun on the water and exploring the large reservoir are available and free to use, including paddles and life jackets.

If the wooden house is rented at the same time, the playground, kayaks and beach are available to both renting parties.
Agreements with each other allow individual use.

We have a nice solar boat with which you can navigate and discover the reservoir with up to 4 people (+1 child). It has 2 speeds, a table with 4 cup holders, Bose SoundLink Flex, horn, light and anchor.
When the sun is out you can ride without a time limit.
50€ daily rent (250€ deposit).

Your care is provided on site directly by the landlord.

We have two dogs of our own on the property.
An almost 5-year-old, very well-behaved, child-, dog- and cat-friendly Boerboel bitch, which, despite repeated requests, may not be taken after the holiday! ;o)

The nearest larger town is São Bartolomeu de Messines with supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, petrol stations etc. less than 10 minutes drive away.

The ocean beach of Albufeira and Armacão de Pera is about 20 minutes drive from Messines. Carvoeiro and Portimao about 30 minutes.

40-65€ per day depending on the season (without rental car!)

5 days minimum booking

150€ deposit for damage to or in the bungalow, terrace or objects on the beach.

Our second beautiful rental property "Full Isolated Wooden House" for up to 6 people with fireplace, large Smart TV with Astra and portuguese TV, 2-3 bedrooms and winter garden terrace is on the same level, about 100m away, with the playground as separation.
