So very pleased to hear that your stay was a good one, that you were able to get off the beaten path and explore and that you were able to dine at some of our local restaurants. Hope to see you again sometime soon!
This little cabin was the perfect spot for our getaway. It’s rustic feel with modern amenities provided great balance. We were able to enjoy being outside, easy access to hiking and it’s not far from Natural Bridge State Park.

Thank you for staying with us. So glad you enjoyed your little getaway at our Campfire Burning Cabin. Hope to see you again for a future stay.
The cabin was very clean, and exactly what was described in the details. There was plenty of clean towels and wash cloths. The master bed was very comfortable. The hot tub felt amazing and was very relaxing.

Only thing to watch out for is the parking. There is no rail, so you need to be careful. Everything was great here. Loved that we were able to take some walks along the road. Hot tub was amazing after our cold kayak trip. Plenty of sleeping choices for our group of 4. Thanks for a great stay.
This cabin is in a nice location- Close to hiking, local eats and other adventures. Safe area. Hot tub was clean. Kitchen had all the essentials. Beds were very comfortable. Bath towels provided on each bed-would bring extra towels if you plan on using the hot tub, though. Plenty of space but still cozy. My family of 5 enjoyed our stay! Only con was that we weren’t sure if the refrigerator was cold enough.

Blazing saddles ants
It was a nice small cabin with a couple of problems. The kitchen counter was overrun with ants. We could not eat in the cabin. The hot tub needs attention. Only a few jets worked and those very poorly.
The cabin and hot tube provided a great family get away. The location was great, it was easy to find hiking trails and other opportunities to explore. There were some minor inconveniences, but the property manager was easy to work with. The fridge was not working when we arrived, but the maintenance guy was able to fix it. The WiFi went out a few times, but satellite tv and DVDs were available as back ups. Many dishes were dirty in the cabinets, so we washed everything we used before and after.

Thank you for staying with us. We are pleased you made the best of the inconveniences of wifi issues, etc. and was still able to take away some good memories from your stay.
First impression was this is so cute. When you walk in and get smacked with 100 degree heat. They had all the ac turned off it took till middle of next day to actually cool the place down. Making it almost impossible to sleep. The beds are rock hard. And please bring extra towls they only provide 3. Other than that the cabin was clean and cute and close to a lot of attractions

It was clean and kept. It would have been nice to have fitted sheets on the main bed; there was a flat sheet over a ripped mattress cover that was difficult to keep in place. Overall good experience though. Will rent thru this service again.
My family enjoyed this cabin stay with a great hot tub. It was accessible for RRG hikes and our favorite closeby restaurant, Miguel's Pizza, which is the must-eat for every trip! One little disappointment was a grill that need charcoal instead of gas. It didn't mentioned what kind on online. But overall, it was a great cabin for small family of 4. Forgot to mention....great pet-friendly cabin!

Last minute weekend getaway
The cabin is cute, but not really as advertised. It sits on the road and cant imagine the traffic during peak season. Ive used vrbo many times, this was a first for having to bring everything including bath towels. Everything is outdated, the flooring is rustic with broken boards in the bedroom. The bed was hard and uncomfortable The hot tub was nice, but the jets did not work. We will seek other places to stay next time. bedroom. issome
My family and I stayed for 2 nights, 4 adults, 1 child and 2 dogs. This peoperty accommodated all of us wonderfully. The hot tub was wonderful and the fire put was lovely to sit around at night. The property was quiet with the exception of the occasional cars passing by. We liked that there were games and books we partook in. We do suggest updating the games and maybe the yatzee papers haha. I also suggest bringing a fan if you will be sleeping upstairs, as heat rises, it did get a but hot up there. The staff at check in were so nice, even let us check in an hour early.

Excited but disappointed
My significant other and I wanted a cute cabin with a hot tub that accommodated our dog for the weekend. We got that, with an inclusion of some friends… There were ants EVERYWHERE on the kitchen counter and was getting into our food. I understand it’s a rustic cabin, but ants are unacceptable. After reaching out to the property manager about the concern, we got no reply. Along with the ants, the coffee pot lid was broken and the jets in the hot tub didn’t work. There were parts of unattached jets floating in the tub. Overall, it was a good location and did the job for our weekend but we definitely expected more.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the location and that the cabin suited your weekend overall, but we’re sorry to hear about the issues you encountered.
We want to assure you that all of our cabins are on a routine pest control schedule. However, during the spring season, it’s not uncommon in wooded areas for ants and other insects to find their way indoors despite preventative measures. That said, we take reports like this seriously and will follow up with additional treatment at the property.
We’re also sorry to hear about the hot tub and coffee pot. We’ve addressed both issues since your stay. Regarding communication, we did not receive any messages from you after your initial report, and we apologize if there was a missed connection—our team strives to respond promptly and assist where possible.
We appreciate your honest comments and will use them to ensure better experiences moving forward.
