The place was magical. My young girls were thrilled when a wild horse walked just a few feet away from us as we were making s'mores and enjoying the views from the patio
Just was very easy to connect with and responded promptly. Flexible with check in and out accommodations. Nice surroundings, quiet. Have saved it as a favorite. The property was very inviting. Host had fire started to make it very cozy. The spaces were clean and spacious. Home was very nicely decorated a nice flow. The beds were very comfortable-extra bedding was available. Everything was available that is needed to cook meals-cooking, baking and serving utensils.
We spent the weekend here with our daughter, son in law, and four grandchildren. We all agreed we will definitely reserve this rental again. Everything went smoothly in the reservation, communication, and check-out process. The home is in a quiet neighborhood and near great hiking. Thanks for the wonderful stay!
Our stay definitely felt more like home then staying in a hotel. It was in a great area that we loved. The management was great and responded right away, beds were comfortable, the kitchen was great with everything we needed, absolutely loved the cute little back yard, it had the perfect space and sleeping arrangements for my group. Lots of positive things we could say about this place. We would definitely recommend it to everyone.

We would be pleased to have Julie's group come stay again.
The house & property were great. Tons of space for mutiple people. Good location, close to everything but in a quiet neighborhood (other than the neighbors dog). It is down a dirt road which isnt in great shape, so dont plan on driving a sports car down it!
We would definitely stay there again.
The property was very clean and cozy! The host was very kind and accommodating. Our family was able to check in early and decorate for Christmas before we got there. We had car issues the day we were leaving, and the host allowed us to book an additional night with no hesitation. We got to see wild horses at njght.very exciting! Beautiful.home and we will.book again. :)
Our annual Girlfriend weekend was held in this sweet home in Reno. We had many plans including a baseball game, magique at the theatre and menopause the musical at the El Dorado, all within 20 minutes of the house. The house was in a quiet rural area, dirt road in and out to main highway. Wild horses roamed through the area, and a sweet tree house brought back years gone by. It was a comfortable stay.
Adorable spacious house located out in the country. We enjoyed the peace and tranquillity of sitting outside hearing the roosters crow and the occasion donkey bray. Yes, the main road is pretty rough getting there but we found the alternative and it wasn’t that bad. House was well stocked with modern conveniences. Only wish the windows had screens on them so we could have opened them to let the cool night breeze in. Ned was very communicative and easy to work with.
We received check in info for our trip morning of check in. We were happy to find everything listed and more available to help make the stay pleasant. We unfortunately locked ourselves out. We reached out to property contact and they had the situation resolved within minutes of contract. The rest of the 4 day stay went off without any other hiccups. House was large and open enough to have some guests over to entertain. We were their for a volleyball tournament and everything we needed was 10 to 15 min dive. If you want to get away from the city and enjoy quite counrty like living this was a beautiful place with a pleasant property contract making everything easy and enjoyable. Thank you for the Stay
We met up with extended family for a week's stay. It is definitely out of downtown Reno, but nothing in the city was a long drive time. The freeway is close by for easy access. It is down a bumpy dusty driveway as noted in the listing, but it didn't bother us. Relatively quiet neighborhood, although the dogs across the street did bark if you were out in the front of the house.
The one discrepancy in the listing vs. our experience is that it has an evaporative cooler, not air conditioning. It cools the upstairs VERY well, and has to be blown downstairs, so we did fight it a little, keeping the main gathering area cool. Halfway through the week we bought a box fan to push more air downstairs, and that helped. It seemed like fairly mild weather for August while we were there though, so if it's very hot out you might struggle to keep it cool.
Most furnishings and bathrooms were perfectly adequate as a person of size (plus size). The living room couches were a little low for the Senior Citizens in our group. The dining room table was nice and large for a sit down meal (and lots of puzzles!).
The kitchen is well supplied, with bowls, knives, bakeware, dishes, etc. We did have a mouse get into the stuff on the counter, but the Host was made aware of it and said it would be taken care of.
The garage is nice and open if you wanted to park a compact car inside. The laundry was nice to have available. The back porch was cute.
Overall a very pleasant stay.
