Modern newly built ground floor apartment in a central, quiet location. This cozy apartment offers 65 square meters of space for 4 people. Two separate bedrooms, a spacious living-dining area with fitted kitchen, a beautiful sun terrace and a modern bathroom with large rain shower will make your stay a holiday. Free Wi-Fi, Blu Ray player, flat screen (also in the master bedroom), washing machine, dishwasher and a modern air conditioning are standard. A parking space and a bicycle storage room are available directly at the house. The apartment is equipped with external blinds (partly electric) and lockable window handles. The flooring is allergy friendly vinyl.
