The apartment is furnished with one of a kind vintage pieces with a comfy sofa bed for extra guests. Nestled in the cozy backyard, guests can park off street and head up to their comfy getaway.

This guesthouse is a second story garage apartment in a large backyard. This unit is completely private with its own entrance and parking spot. The guesthouse is located about 30 feet from the front house, so there is ample privacy and space for guests. If you have more than one car, there is plenty of free street parking.

This guesthouse includes a small second story balcony, the indoor space, plus a parking spot. The check in instructions are entered into the listing, which includes a key code to access your unit.

This unit is accessed with a key code entry and nobody lives at the property. Just message us through the app if you need anything.

Cherrywood is by far one of Austin's most loved neighborhoods. All of the houses were built in the 30's through the 50's and have been lovingly maintained through the years. Each block is different, so it's super fun to take long walks in the neighborhood. Plus there are loads of fun restaurants, coffee shops, and taco places within walking distance of this house.

This neighborhood is situated just a few blocks from the north side of the University of Texas campus, so it's perfect for stays that include a visit to UT or a concert at the Moody Theatre. In a 4 minute uber ride, you are downtown with tons of nightlife and entertainment options.

This unit includes one off street parking spot behind the house. If you have more than one car, there is plenty of free street parking in front of the house. We recommend walking and taking Ubers as much as possible though beaus this house is super central and in an area that is easy to navigate without a car.

This rental is perfect for UT games, concerts at the Moody Theatre, local music festivals, and anything happening downtown. This is one of the closest neighborhoods to downtown Austin.
We don't have a ton of rules for this house. We just ask that guests wash their own dishes and take out their trash before checking out. Check out is at 11am.

No smoking of any kind including cannabis is allowed inside. There is a chair on the front patio with ash trays for outdoor smoking.
