Bon emplacement et super vue

Certe le logement est petit mais très fonctionnel et complet. La vue est superbe, l'emplacement permet de se rendre en ville a pieds et si on a une petite faim il y a un restaurant très sympa en bas de l'appartement. Et merci au personnel d'interhome, très professionnel et arrangeants.

Un peu vetuste dans son ensemble.Vieux paillaisson dans l'entrée. Sortie bain en papier.Dans l'ensemble ,ça fait le job. Vue incroyable !!! Il suffirait d'un petit coup de peinture, enlever un mico onde ( il y en a deux) Je suis arrivé de nuit, la signalisation pêche par sa suasi absence . Il était minuit , j'ai appelé un numéro ( sui est censé répondre 24/24h j'ai eu un disque sui me disait qu'on allai me répondre, je n'zvais plus de batterie, j'ai raccroché. Et finalement trouvé á.... une he

J’ai été déçu de l’état de propreté en arrivant dans l’appartement : il y avait des moutons de poussière à même le salon, le balcon était très sale et en faisant le ménage en vue de la remise des clefs nous avons remarqué que le dessous des tapis n’avaient pas été nettoyé depuis longtemps. Les ustensiles de cuisine et les couverts étaient gras. L’appartement était néanmoins super et les services de votre agence très bien ! Merci.

Le seul petit détail était que pour rentrer dans la douche ma femme c'est blessé la jambe a cause de la plaque qui a dessus de la machine a lavé mais si non tout est parfait meme excellent

Studio bien placé et lumineux mais la résidence est peu accueillante de prime abord. . La TV est de mauvaise qualité comme la literie. Un effort pourrait être apporté à la décoration et au couchage. Le prix paraît donc un peu élevé au regard de la prestation proposée (45 euros semble honnête).

Le balcon était inaccessible et dégoûtant. Des fientes de pigeons partout, sur les fenêtres également, gâchant la vue... Peut-être qu'un effort supplémentaire est fait l'été, mais nous n'avons pas eu cette chance. Le canapé-lit convient un week-end mais n'est pas top. La douche ne ferme pas. Les murs sont très fins, ce qui laisse entendre les différents pipis du matin, etc. L'appartement convient donc pour un week end, il est bien placé, accessible, mais pas à la hauteur de son potentiel.
