* Fremragende cykelveje med meget lidt trafik. Lake Almanor 15 min væk og 5 min fra centrum af Greenville

* Mange bjergsøer

 * 2 timers kørsel fra Reno, Nevada og Lake Tahoe. 1 time fra Mt. Lassen National Volcanic Park og 5 timers kørsel fra San Francisco.

* Kabinen sidder i en lund med aspetræer på kanten af den store eng ved siden af hovedhaven og stalden. Kabinen har sin egen indhegnede gårdhave og gårdhave.

* Den to etagers hytte er charmerende med knudret fyrretræ og en åben stue / køkkenplan. Det eneste soveværelse med hvælvet loft er på anden sal.
