Close to chain of lakes, golf/ski resorts. 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, cozy loft, & walk-out basement. Main floor boasts a 30’ cathedral ceiling, creating an inspiring & open atmosphere. Fully equipped kitchen has 8 person table, fridge, microwave, DW, & oven. Walk-out basement is a kid’s paradise with a 65” TV, air hockey, record player, darts, board games, & more! Pool access (indoor & out). The Peak at Schuss Mountain Features:

Air conditioning is in the great room, basement and second floor twin room only.
Four level spiral staircase not ideal for those with mobility concerns or for young children.

My husband and I grew up in Southern Michigan, and still call it home. We fell in love with Bellaire, Michigan, and are looking forward to sharing our Up North place with all of you!
Why they chose this property
We fell in love with this property because it is so unique with the high ceilings, beams, etc. My husband and I have enjoyed renovating the home and are excited to share it with you. The chalet is so peaceful and feels like you are in a treehouse when sitting on the deck! Convenient to all the amenities: Chain of Lakes, Shanty Creek Resort & Golf Courses, Short's Brewery, Downtown Bellaire, and much much more!
