Forget your worries in this spacious & serene Chalet at Schuss Mountain. This four bedroom, 3 bath home is sure to provide a fun and relaxing experience all four seasons. Close to chain of lakes, golf & ski resorts. Four large sized bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, basement, and loft. A main floor w/ 30’ cathedral ceiling for lounging & full kitchen w/ dining table, fridge, dishwater and stove. Basement is the perfect older kid hangout w/65” TV, air hockey table, record player, darts and games.

Family Fun!

The property was wonderful! However countertop space was very limited in space. Luckily we brought a folding table and set it up in front of the sliding doors by the kitchen and that worked great! At first we were afraid of the stairs with the younger ones, BUT became accustomed very shortly after being there. All in all, a great place to stay! Even one of the little ones wanted to know if we were coming back next year!

Great Gathering Home for Family Memorial

Plenty of room for 2 family groups with 5 adult children gathering for a spring weekend memorial for a deceased nephew with other families at nearby locations. Host anticipated needs, and promptly communicated to ensure all our questions and expectations were were fulfilled. Everyone was able to adjust the temperature of their accommodations to their liking and were intrigued by the unique home design. The setting provided enjoyable walking, running, and hiking to nearby family gathering homes. The outdoor grill was great for preparing Philly Cheesesteak sandwiches for delivery to an extended family meal.

Ski Trip 2023

Had a great communication with Kara prior to the stay to make sure everything was prepared. Enjoyed the location as it was close to the shanty creek resort. The house was extremely clean

New Years Ski Trip

A perfect property to enjoy a ski weekend. Being Situated between all three villages was great. Having the separate entertainment room downstairs was key. All amenities that were needed were available. Thank you for the hospitality.

My husband and I grew up in Southern Michigan, and still call it home. We fell in love with Bellaire, Michigan, and are looking forward to sharing our Up North place with all of you!

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with this property because it is so unique with the high ceilings, beams, etc. My husband and I have enjoyed renovating the home and are excited to share it with you. The chalet is so peaceful and feels like you are in a treehouse when sitting on the deck! Convenient to all the amenities: Chain of Lakes, Shanty Creek Resort & Golf Courses, Short's Brewery, Downtown Bellaire, and much much more!
