Our spacious apartment Fuchsbau offers all the amenities for a relaxing holiday. Apartment with separate entrance, 80 sqm living area with living room, satellite TV, DVD, sound system, bedroom with double bed and extra bed. Fully equipped kitchen with fitted kitchen, dishwasher, electric stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, dishes and other kitchen appliances. Bathroom with DUWC, washbasins and washing machine. The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating. Access to the apartment is made possible by a key code. Bed linen / towels in the original equipment available. Final price incl. Energy-water costs and final cleaning. Parking space available. W-LAN free of charge.   For long term bookings a deposit of 10% will be charged by the landlord. Until 14 days before arrival please transfer the balance to the landlord. The accounting is carried out by the landlord.

Die FeWo war neu renoviert, sehr sauber und wohnlich. Bei Ankunft wurden wir sehr nett empfangen und fühlten uns sofort wohl. Die technische Ausstattung war modern und hochwertig. Nach dem Aufenthalt wurden wir herzlichst verabschiedet. Die Unterkunft ist sehr empfehlenswert
