Holgate LBI Direct Bayfront 3 Bedroom Townhome with Pool

Welcome to Sunset Cove - our modern & relaxing fully updated townhouse. A Bright and Open concept 3 bedroom 2.5 bath Bayfront townhouse located in LBI's quiet and desirable neighborhood of Holgate. Our home captures views of the Bay and Sunsets every night from all windows, bedrooms, each of the 3 balconies, AND rooftop.

We feature a fully updated kitchen and living room with 65" Smart TV and electric fireplace, high speed WIFI for working remotely, in-unit Washer and Dryer, central AC, and plenty of seating for the whole family. We also provide a full garage equipped with beach chairs, beach mats, and umbrellas.

The small townhouse complex boasts a great pool (open mid May - end of sept) and has direct access to Holgate's bay beach as well as the local playground and tennis courts. There is also no pets, smoking, or trailers allowed.

Sunset Cove is also a short drive (5 minutes) or bike ride to all Beach Haven has to offer between the restaurants, bars, and shops including Fantasy Island and Bay Village.

The bright and open living room/kitchen area is beaming with natural sunlight all throughout the day. The Kitchen is equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, Cuisinart Dual Coffee Machine (Coffee maker and K-Cup), toaster, and comes stocked with all necessary cookware, plates, cups, and utensils. The kitchen has seating for 3 at the bar along with a dining table that fits at least 6. A washer and dryer is also located near the bedrooms.

The Master Bedroom overlooks the bay with a separate private balcony as well. It has a king-sized bed, TV, ceiling fan, and en suite bathroom with rainfall shower. The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed TV and ceiling fan as well. The 3rd bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds to fit 4 comfortably. All bedrooms have all new beach-themed bedding and linens!

Fresh linens and towels will be provided along with simple bathroom and kitchen starter items as well as a hair dryer, iron, and ironing board in the condo.

Only our second time to LBI, kids had a long weekend with school, and the Halloween fun fest was going on at Fantasy island! Beautiful rental, great location. Plenty to do! Loved the surrounding waters

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at the townhouse. It's a very quiet community and bay views are beautiful. The pool came in handy since the ocean is still very cold. We plan to rent the same unit again!! :)

Awesome Bayside Spot

I’ve been coming to LBI in the summer for almost 30 years. This is probably my new favorite spot to stay in Holgate. Very nicely furnished, nicely appointed kitchen, multiple outdoor patios to hang out, all recently remodeled modern bathrooms. 10/10, will definitely be back here.

Holgate oasis

Family had an amazing stay - me, wife & 2 teens (18 & 17 w a friend). Unit is gorgeous and condo is peacefully quiet. Views are amazing. Properly is so clean and well kept. Plenty of parking (we had 3 cars). And all the beach toys you could ask for (even 3 older but perfectly usable bikes!). Haven’t been down to LBI in 10 years but would come back in a heartbeat.

Holgate Heaven!

Stayed at this lovely place for a girl’s trip and had the best time! The home was so well stocked we had everything we needed and more! There was even bikes there for our use, and a 2nd refrigerator. There were many useful unexpected conveniences such as USB chargers built into the night stands. The place was very clean and we all loved the gorgeous views from the living area with the cross ventilation. Unfortunately it was very windy during most of our stay but we still had a great time!

Clean Comfortable and Coastal!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The host quickly responded to our messages and was very accommodating of certain requests because we have an infant son. We live in a coastal town in NJ and just wanted a scenic, quiet escape before the summer craziness. The house was light, bright, open and airy with the most AMAZING views! Well thought-out layout, with the garage and hang-out area on the ground level, bedrooms and 2 full baths on the second level and an open-concept family room, kitchen and dining area on the third level. The property was equipped with endless supplies - both for cooking and living and entertaining. Plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, a swifer, a vaccum, baggies, and all the random things you don't think of when traveling. The bathrooms were updated tastefully and the bath and bed linens were clean. Our favorite part was the 3 balconies and roof-top deck. We were able to grill one night and cooked breakfast each morning with updated appliances. The Smart TV in the living room is very easy to use when logging into your programs for TV viewing. Quiet neighborhood with the nearby homes distant enough to give you full panoramic views of the water! Just a short drive to Fantasy Island, and a few blocks from the very end of the LBI. We can't wait to go back!

Perfect spot for a vacation or getaway!

We just got home from a few days at the beach & miss it already! The unit is in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood right on the bay. It is bright & beautiful & looks newly remodeled & very clean. There are great views of the water from literally every angle! The kitchen is fully equipped w plenty of dishes, glassware, cookware, coffeemaker, blender etc. Plenty of extra blankets, linens, bath & beach towels, board games, paper products & cleaning supplies. 4 flatscreen TVs. Outdoor parking & private garage w plenty of storage space for our bikes and kayaks. Easy to get kayaks in the bay, just across the driveway at the edge of the water! On ground level there's a furnished area to hang out w fridge & outdoor grill & w French/garage doors both open, views of the water on both sides & great cross-breezes :-) The 2nd floor has nice 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, with a deck off the master. The top floor has a lovely open living rm/dining rm/kitchen, powder rm and 2 decks with another terrific cross-breeze & amazing views! Beautiful sunsets over the water in the evening. There is also a rooftop deck w a great view of the overall island & bay. You can even see the ocean & Atlantic City in the distance. Short ride into town & just a couple mins to the ocean & although on the bay-side, you can still hear the ocean waves! This was our 1st time here & the host was accommodating, friendly & very quick to respond to any questions. Nothing bad to say about this place, can't wait to go back!!!

Beautiful townhouse

We just stayed in this beautiful townhouse for a long weekend. The place is spotless. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. You feel like you’re surrounded by water. Every window you look out of has a bay view. The beach is nearby; however, the bay beach is spacious and very pretty if you just want to stay there. We would definitely stay here again.
