Eddie and Trisha have recently begun their "empty nest" years with their four kids exploring their own adventures. Now Eddie and Trisha are mindfully choosing their careers around being able to work remotely so they may travel, adventure, and enjoy all that life has to offer! Trisha grew up in the Grand Valley and is still a huge fan of all that Colorado has to offer. Eddie grew up in Montana and has called Las Vegas, Nevada home for the last 20+ years.

Why they chose this property

The Riverside Reset was a perfect place for Eddie and Trisha to spend a portion of each year. This townhome provides a beautiful working space, a base for Colorado adventures, and is close enough to family and friends to really enjoy the Grand Valley with them.

Less than 5 minutes to historic downtown with many local favorites, you can eat well and shop to your heart’s content. Situated between an outdoor amphitheater and two downtown theaters, you’re sure to find a show to enjoy. The home is a quick 10-minute drive to 3 of our largest local hospitals, making it the perfect place for contract medical staff. Less than 15 minutes away is the East entrance to the Colorado National Monument, 20 minutes from the famous “Lunch Loops” mountain bike trail, and only 45 minutes away from the newly developed world-class “Palisade Plunge.” This home is a perfect base camp for mountain biking, hiking, paddle boarding, and skiing with Grand Mesa a quick 45-minute drive away.
