The house was perfectly located on a historic street near downtown Annapolis. Sadie was a great communicator and efficient and flexible host. The accommodations were comfortable and the house was decorated nicely.
We had a wonderful stay at Sadie’s house in Annapolis! We were in town for events at the Naval Academy and were able to leave our car in the conveniently located Gordon St. garage and walk everywhere. The house was very clean, and Sadie went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Fantastic location and super friendly neighbors, too!
We appreciated the history and decor of the house. The owner poured their heart and soul in all the collectibles around the house. We were visiting our midshipman and wanted to spoil him with home cooked meals. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The property is very conveniently located within a close walk to restaurants and the Academy. We would definitely stay there again.
We booked this location for our daughter & husband during their wedding weekend. Sadie was the consummate host and could not have been more wonderful. She even provided fresh flowers to celebrate the newlyweds. The house is absolutely lovely with a beautiful outdoor courtyard that is perfect for morning coffee. You can walk easily to the harbor, historic district, Naval Academy, State house and shops. We will definitely book again with Sadie for our next trip and hope to get the opportunity to stay longer.
My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is fantastic with a great layout and plenty of space to spread out. The furnishings enhance the beauty of this historic place. The eclectic book library was a bonus. Location is very convenient to everything but also manages to be very quiet. The cozy backyard garden was a great place for coffee in the morning and a glass of wine at night. Our family took advantage of the well equipped kitchen and fantastic dining room to cook. The bedrooms were comfortable with lots of natural light. Overall a truly great experience. Would love to return.
Beautifully decorated historic home in the heart of Annapolis. We walked everywhere we needed to go. We pre-booked parking at the parking garage on Gorman Street, a 1-minute walk to the house. We didn't touch our car all weekend. The house is clean and well-maintained. The owner has a unique collection of antiques and decor throughout the home. This is the best way to enjoy Annapolis. We'll be back.
Amazing historic home. Great service from the renter. Just perfect!
This home has all the history, but also additional space in a larger kitchen and courtyard in the back. It has more room than I anticipated in an Annapolis home, which allowed us to stretch out. It is just steps from Main Street, the Naval Academy, and the city dock.
The house was our home base as we enjoyed all of what Annapolis has to offer. It’s easy to go from this house just a few steps to shops or restaurants, and it is safe enough to allow my teenage kids to venture out into Annapolis for crepes, etc. We were able to park the car for the weekend and just walk to the Naval Academy, the football game, etc.
Sadie returned my messages immediately, and all the coordination was on-point. This was a great find for us to have a memorable weekend and we hope to rent it next year!
