It is located in a privileged location in the western part of the city, just 100 meters from the Baltic Sea. The center West is only 200 meters away. Attractive wellness offers are in the immediate vicinity. It offers a living area with a high-quality fitted kitchen with 4-ring ceramic hob and oven and a dishwasher. The dining table can accommodate 4 people. A seating area with 2 double couches complements the Mediterranean living room. The technical equipment includes LCD TV, DVD player, radio m. CD and MP3 USB port. The large north-east balcony offers a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea. The bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe. In the second bedroom you will find a single bed, which can take off to a full double bed, as well as a second TV. The shower / toilet completes the apartment. The apartment is a Non smoking apartment, pets are not allowed. The apartment is completely tiled and has underfloor heating. Your bikes can be stored in a bicycle storage room. The parking space No. 7 in the garage belongs to the apartment. Please note that the access level of the underground car park is only suitable for vehicles up to 1.98 m, larger vehicles can only be parked for a fee in the surrounding area.
Please note that in the main season it is necessary to book without gaps or to leave a minimum period of 7, 10 or 14 nights between the bookings.
The minimum stay over the turn of the year is 4 nights.
Both the consumption costs and the parking space are already included in the room rate.

War ein toller Urlaub, super Lage, wir kommen wieder
Schöne Wohnung, schöner Balkon, tolle Sicht, 2 Fernseher, haben wir gar nicht gebraucht, aber tolle Idee 👍. Wir waren 4 Personen, es war ausreichend Platz. Wir gingen uns nicht auf die Nerven 😜. Wir haben nur über eine Sache zu meckern, die Betten und das Bettzeug. Aber für eine Woche geht es..... Wir wollen wiederkommen 👍
