The island Werder is idyllically located in one of the many Havel lakes and as the crow flies only 5 km away from the state capital Potsdam. Occupied is a first settlement of the island by fishermen for the 9th or 10th Fishing nets and the typical Havel barges still bear witness to the fact that fishing on the island is at home. On the island you will find one until the 16th. Restored in the 19th century, the restored buildings of the town of Mark, romantic, cobblestone alleyways and nooks with enchanting views of the Havel, invite you to dream and bathe. Starting from the island every walk, bike or boat trip is an experience. The eight regional parks in Brandenburg and Berlin form a park and lake landscape right on your doorstep with an incomparable leisure offer for big and small people. Several restaurant`s also for breakfast invite such. B. Brasserie "Hagemeister" 1 bistro, 2 ice cream shops, 1 bakery are located in the immediate vicinity of our small apartment. Other restaurants such as a fish restaurant "Ariel", an Italian, a Greek, an Indian, an Asian and the new Mediterranean cuisine on the island and food shopping are located on and off the island and are also within walking distance in 5 minutes , A shopping center, several food discounters are just a few minutes walk and drive away. Small but nice In the middle of the island of Werder, between the market of the old town and the Regattastrecke, is nestled by the historical building ensemble of the former hotel "city Vienna" and the modernized Lendl house our little house. Here is located in the main building of our converted and newly furnished small apartment. The apartment is on the upper floor. They live in an area of approx. 50m². The areas "living", "food" and "kitchen" are open and modern. A small sitting area with a view to the LED TV and the dining area for 4 people invite you to linger. The kitchen has everything you need for food. The bedroom has a boxspring double bed. There is the possibility of extra bed in the bedroom, so that you can sleep with 1 or 2 small children. Price per night for 2 persons: from November to April 60,00 €, from May to October 70,00 € incl. Sheets and towels Oh more important, on our property also lives a very dear Great Swiss Mountain Dog name "Baru". Therefore other pets are not allowed spa tax The city of Werder (Havel) is a "state-approved resort". For the use, maintenance and improvement of tourist infrastructure a spa fee is charged. In the city of Werder (Havel) a spa fee of 1.50 euros per adult person per night has been charged since 1. 5.2014. By paying the spa contribution, guests receive a guest card entitling them to visit different facilities and events at reduced prices.
