Villa Monika - just behind the town hall, for young and young at heart people. Functionally and comfortably furnished one-room apartment well suited for 1, 2 or 2 with child. Elaborate partial renovation 2019. Pütt and Pan, everything is there. Short ways to shopping and also to gastronomy, national park, promenade, harbor. Great lake view east orientation. Also very good for commuters or course participants. Parking at the house. Two sleeper chairs for extra bed.

Wir haben ein Wochenende in der Unterkunft verbracht. Das Zimmer war wie auf den Bildern, die Küche gut ausgestattet und alles sauber. Der Blick aufs Meer ist wirklich schön! Die Lage ist auch super, um die Altstadt und Umgebung zu erkunden und auch ohne Auto alles gut möglich! Leider wird auf der Website (fewo) 11Uhr als Check-Out Zeitpunkt angegeben, was sich nach einem Gespräch mit dem sehr freundlichen Reinigungspersonal und dem Aushang im Haus als falsch herausstellte. Unser Abreisemorgen gestaltete sich daher leider stressiger als nötig, was den Eindruck etwas trübte. Außerdem wurde die Schlafmöglichkeit leider nur für 2 Personen vorbereitet, obwohl wir explizit für 3 Personen buchten. Alles in allem also eine schöne Unterkunft, die durch etwas mehr Service seitens der Vermietung noch deutlich aufgewertet werden könnte!

Nach Anfangsschwierigkeiten (der erwähnte Balkon war nicht vorhanden), hatten wir Kontakt mit Michael und wir konnten das Problem relativ einfach lösen, indem wir in ein anderes Appartment umgezogen sind. Danke für die Kulanz.

Kleine gemütliche FeWo für Zwei

In der FeWo ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Man hat kurze Wege in den Ortskern, zum Hafen und Küste, aber auch zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Naturfreunde kommen schnell in den Nationalpark Jasmund, ob mit Rad oder zu Fuß.

Danke sehr, freut mich immer, wenn jemand meine Bemühungen anerkennt. Weihnachten kommt auch dieses Jahr wieder unvermittelt, Gutschein für einen Aufenthalt in sassnitz können die Alternative sein. ;-)
