➡️TVs in all bedrooms The spacious farmhouse is perfect for gathering with family and friends, enjoy your morning coffee on the large porch overlooking meadows with horses.

The kitchen is equipped with a Breville espresso machine, and a set of Caraway pans.

The farmhouse has a big wood burning fire place in the living room, perfect for a winter getaway, as well as a cozy, twinkling Christmas tree for festive stays.

Over the holidays you will find Christmas decor and cozy blankets on each bed.

With 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms the house is perfect for families to get together.
First floor:

Kitchen, has dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, keurig compatible, as well as full pot brewing options, we supply coffee grounds as well as sugar, creamer, and K-cups variety.
Full refrigerator and freezer, pantry space, some pantry supplies miscellaneous, blender, full cookware, bakeware, utensils and dinnerware.

Island with cooktop as well as seating for 2.
Dining nook with seating for 6.

Living room with large sectional sofa, and large windows looking out over the meadows and yard.

Moody bonus room/man cave with drink ware buffet, perfect for games or conversation.
This room also has the 2nd roku smart tv.

Dining room off of the kitchen seats 8, with a high chair available as well.

Laundry room, with laundry detergent and cleaning supplies for your convenience.

Bedroom #1.
First floor suite with King bed, with access to a full bathroom.
This bedroom also has a desk and chair in it.

Second floor:
Bedroom #2. Master with king canopy bed, total en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi tub, shower as well as two vanities. Also a walk in closet turned nursery with crib and changing table, complete with noise machine and monitor for you to use. As well as a rocking chair.
As well as a closet with a toddler bed, perfect for a family with small children, but non obtrusive if you occupy the suite with no children.

Bedroom #3. King size canopy bed and dresser. With en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.

Bedroom #4. Queen size canopy bed, dresser, closet, en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combo.

Bedroom #5. King bed, dresser, closet and access to a Jack and Jill bathroom with shower and double vanity.

Bedroom #6. Two twin beds, dresser, closet and access to Jack and Jill bathroom.

Basement level:
Bedroom #7. Two double beds, closet with clothes shelves and hangers. Full bathroom directly across hallway.

Second living room with large sofa and fireplace and roku smart tv.

Game room with ping pong table and foosball table.

Outdoor areas:
Garage with room for 1 car, storage space for guests as well as a locked supply closet, extra full refrigerator and freezer for guest convenience. Yard games, bocce ball, spike ball and croquet.

Large folding pet crate, feel free to use in garage or take inside, complete with a cozy mat. Dog bowls, options for large or small pets, as well as a pet gate for you to use in the house if you want to.
Note: we do charge a pet fee, you will notice as you fill out your reservation.
We are happy to have you as a responsible pet owner bring your pet along! Please do reach out to host if you plan on bringing him/her so we can best prepare.

Grill area with large table with bench and up to 8 chairs in the space.

Large front porch with deep seating for 8, including an egg chair.
Up to 6-8 extra chairs available on the porch as well.

4-6 person hot tub on the side porch.

Fire pit area with 10 Adirondack chairs and a picnic table making it very convenient to eat with children. (Or adults)
We typically have chopped wood available.
If you plan on having multiple fires please do bring your own firewood.
Lighters and marshmallow roasting sticks in the kitchen entryway.

Large yard for games, surrounded by meadow and hay fields, feel free to say hi to the horses if you see them!

Guests have the entire yard and house to themselves, seasonally the hay field and meadows will be accessed by local farmers for maintenance.
Horses are taken care of daily so you might see activity in the meadows occasionally. Typically does not take away from the serene setting.

The barn on the property is set away from the house allowing for lots of privacy, but you will occasionally see some activity as you pull in.

Location:
Peaceful rural setting, with close proximity to Amusement parks, Amish attractions, shopping, dining, farmers markets, State Parks, golfing and the Susquehanna River with options for boat and kayak rentals.


Winter stays are super cozy with plenty of space for gathering for games or hot tubbing, or plan a day trip to the nearby ski resort.
Lancaster is a short drive away with endless shopping opportunities.
