Great communication with the owner and property managers. Wonderful location close to the beach, and within a short walking distance to many restaurants and to a main grocery store. Most of all a rental property with many amenities and a condo complex with a lovely pool area. Everyone we met both locals and other tourists were very friendly and welcoming. We hope to be able to come back and visit again. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

We have stayed in this property before and have loved it both times. It is in such a great location that we walk everywhere. The property manager, Wendy was amazing and would get back to us very quickly if we needed anything. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

The welcome started beforehand, with useful messages from owner Fran and local reps Maria and Wendy. We were well received with a personal orientation. A truly marvellous property- large, well-appointed and very clean. Would happily return.

First time Huatulco

Well maintained facility, excellent pool and deck areas, friendly staff that speak english or provide opportunity to practice Spanish :) conveniently close to large grocery chain and a multitude of very good restaurants. Bottled drinking water provided, kitchen utensils, plates, cups and appliances like toaster, coffee maker etc were all available and functioned well. An exceptional private roof top deck with a well constructed covering for protection from the sun, and an excellent view as well!

Very comfortable apartment with a newly renovated rooftop patio and an updated furniture. 5-min walk to the beach and 15 min walk to the supermarket. Very responsive management and the owner. Can get noisy at night from nearby hotels or morning traffic and the construction next door. Shutting the doors and turning on the AC at night almost solves the problem. We enjoyed our stay overall.

Amazing condo

Everything was perfect. When we arrived Wendy was there to greet us and explain everything to us. Very very helpful. The condo is just as beautiful as in the pictures. The pool area so quiet and relaxing. All the other guest were so nice and helpful. We felt very welcomed. The condo is also very close to the ocean and close to the grocery store and tins of restaurants when we didn’t eat in. Any time we had issues they dealt with it immediately. We will definitely go back again. Loved it.

A beautiful spot to stay in Hualtulco

This unit was a 3 bedroom condo with a rooftop terrace and multiple balconies. It was better than the photos and the photos were great! It was very spacious and had lots of room for our family of 5 adults. We were warmly greeted by Maria and had great info provided prior to our arrival. She also linked us up with a hard working and very friendly young man who provided airport transportation and a snorkelling tour for our family.The condo is in a wonderful location near Chahue beach and walking distance to La Crucecita down town area, Santa Cruz beach and Marina and 10 minutes walk to the grocery store.The pool area of the condo development is a little slice of paradise and we often had it to ourselves and at other times met very friendly owners and other visitors.We would not hesitate to stay here again and would recommend this unit to anyone who has a group or family trip planned in the Huatulco area!

Fantastic Vacation

Casa Elisa was everything (and more) than what we expected. The condo was very clean and neat and provided all the necessities. It was very quiet at night and provides excellent ventilation throughout the condo. The location was perfect. You could walk to many different restaurants as well as the main grocery store. If you needed a cab, you just needed to walk to the corner. When we arrived, there were even drinks in the refrigerator. A safe is provided but I really don't think it is necessary. There is always a security guard on duty and you need a pass code to enter the building. The pool is one of the best we have experienced and never crowded - in fact it is often empty. We would love to stay here again in the future. Would highly recommend!!!!!
