THE SALTY SALMON. This is the place you have been searching for! Located right in the heart of Harbor Village,The Salty Salmon is a 3 story condo with a welcoming atmosphere. The pools are just a few steps away! A calming decor with seating for 8 in both the living room and at the dining table awaits. The living room has a smart Roku TV, is connected to the internet, and is just waiting for you to log in to your streaming services to enjoy the programming of your choice! The kitchen holds all your needs should you want to cook. It also includes your choice to brew a full pot of coffee or a single-serve Keurig. Tea lovers will enjoy the electric kettle. Some coffee and tea are left for you to start your vacation off on the right foot. Bathrooms include hair dryers, lighted magnifying mirrors, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap. Bedrooms have 100% cotton sheets, duvet covers, sound machines and ceiling fans. The garage holds beach toys and a wagon to carry them to the nearby Lake Michigan beach. There is a gas grill in the garage for your use as well. There is a downstairs living room with a second smart Roku TV and a variety of board games and puzzles. There is also a separate reading nook complete with books for adults and children. The washer and dryer are located on the downstairs level complete with pods and dryer sheets. The Salty Salmon has everything you need for a restful and relaxing stay. There is no boat slip available with this unit.
Parking: There is one dedicated space. No parking in the garage due to the storage structure built inside. No boats or trailers allowed on property.

House Rules:
Renters must fill out a rental agreement and submit a copy of their driver’s license.
No parties or events.
No shoes inside.
Quiet hours 10 P.M. to 7 A.M.
No smoking/vaping on the premises.
No pets.
Registered guests only, maximum capacity is 8 people, including any children.
Thank you for informing the owner immediately if anything breaks or is damaged. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests and will be reported to VRBO.
Thank you for not rearranging the furniture.
Thank you for not eating or drinking in the bedrooms. Please enjoy your meals in the dining room.
No illegal items or activities allowed on the premises.
No subletting.
Keep a close eye on your kids while being on the balconies.
Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronics when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the outside doors.
Also, there are exterior cameras (3) on the property to monitor the outside of our home. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and will result in full forfeiture of the security deposit and may, at the owner's discretion, result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights's rents.

Persons under the influence of, or impaired by, alcohol or drugs are not permitted in the spa.
Smoking or vaping of any kind is not permitted
No pets allowed

FOOD AND BEVERAGE
No food or chewing gum is permitted
Beverages must be in non-breakable closed containers WATER only
Glass is not allowed in any pool area
No alcoholic beverages allowed

BEHAVIORS…
…that endanger or otherwise interfere with other's use of the facility are prohibited. They are not limited to, but include:
No diving into the pool.
No running.
No music beyond your personal space.
No pollution of the water in any way
No behavior that is boisterous, endangers or harms others.
No objects thrown that might harm or interfere with other’s use of the pool.
Use of this facility is limited to Harbor Village owners and their permitted guests and
on-site renters.
The key fob owner is accountable for rule violations and associated fees or costs.

Pool use is subject to the operational rules of the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality and Public Health Codes and those established by the HV@MBA.
