Beautiful home in a remote location that also sits right outside of downtown Asheville. Know that it’s a very steep driveway if staying here with any winter weather.

We loved staying at Nana's Branch! Though it was a quick family trip, we felt right at home. Our fur babies had so much fun playing in the fenced in backyard & resting in the dedicated dog room! Finally, after a nice day of antiquing and troll hunting (Note: the Thomas Dambo exhibit at the Arboretum is a MUST see), the hot tub was a perfect place to warm up & unwind. Seriously, so many things to do at this home away from home. We'll definitely be back! Thanks!

This was the perfect place for our family. We were in town for a wedding and having 3 bathrooms made getting ready a breeze. The hot tub and fire pit were a relaxing way to enjoy the colder temps. The hosts were so amazing. Got back to us quickly, even on Sunday, and were so friendly. We loved the home and all it offered! THANK YOU!

Perfect Spot for New Year Celebration!

During the New Year, we enjoy ourselves much at the property. We thoroughly loved the gaming room and hot tub, and we felt secure on the property. Our dogs love the large, fenced backyard. The downtown restaurants, Grovepark Inn, and Biltmore Estate are all within 15 minutes. The home is less than ten minutes away by car from Richmond Hill Trail. Black Mountain is roughly half an hour away. Both the nearby Laundry Refillery Coffee Shop and the Pure and Proper restaurant in Black Mountain are excellent.

We'd Book Here Again in a Heartbeat!

Our group really enjoyed spending time together at this property, with spacious common areas with plenty of seating, a large TV, and a well-equipped open kitchen. Bedrooms were also very comfortable. It was well stocked with everything needed including laundry detergent pods, dish soap, extra linens, toiletries. The host company was proactive in sharing information and checking in over the weekend to make sure everything went smoothly. It's about a 10 minute drive to most activities in downtown Asheville which we found convenient. We would not hesitate to stay here or at another property run by this company in the future. I would just note that the road to get to the house and the driveway itself are both pretty steep if you are planning on driving.

The house is in a great location, close to downtown, close to the Biltmore, close to many picturesque, although sometimes challenging, hikes. House was comfortable with large open living area and kitchen. Lots of games including pool, ping pong and billiards, fully stocked card table.. there's a great fenced-in backyard to toss a frisbee and walk the dog . Kitchen could use some more utensils and other appointments. Nice to cook with a gas stove for a change.

Perfect Workcation Spot!!!

We workcationed at this house. It was perfect for the two of us as one could work upstairs and the other downstairs. Everything is clean and comfortable, the pool and hot tub were relaxing, and we had a great stay. We were worried about the internet speed, as it is Starlink, but it was great.
