PERFECT 50th Anniversary Getaway.

Clean, private, quiet, higher-end accommodations with panoramic lake-views, a beautiful private beach, very comfortable furnishings and excellent customer care. We will definitely book another Red-Sands getaway very soon.

Wonderful family beach vacation!

Property was exactly as described! Beautiful, clean, and stocked with everything and anything you may need. Having private beach access right across the street was amazing and very convenient when having small children. Would 100% recommend and will be staying here again.

Amazing Vacation

The owners are very nice and helpful and communicated everything perfectly. The condo has everything you need in case you forget something. The private beach across the condo was so convenient and very clean. Great place to take the kids! Planning to make this a yearly trip for our family.

Wonderful Stay

Clean and well equipped condo. Location was ideal if visiting the Long Point area and Park. Spacious with nice views of the water. Was fortunate to catch the Aurora Borealis from the rooftop patio. Helen was quick to respond and had tips/recommendations for the area. Would highly recommend.

Summer fun.

I stayed here with my family and we had a great time. You are right across from your own private beach and a rooftop patio . The kitchen is stunning and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need . This place is so comfortable and beautiful inside. Everything is as advertised . The host Helen was very nice and helpful.. Thank you for everything..

Relaxing stay at Long Point

We stayed at “The Red Sand” for 6 nights, and it exceeded our expectations. Very clean, quiet, beautiful view of Lake Erie, all the essentials for cooking meals and even extras like a season pass to Long Point Provincial park and pool noodles the kids enjoyed playing with at the beach. Small beach town feel with independent businesses which we loved trying - the different ice cream spots were a favourite. Helen was a very communicative host, even reached when there was a risk of a strong thunderstorm with instructions on what to do if the power went out. Would definitely consider returning and have already recommended to family.

Decor was wonderful, very light and well decorated. View of the lake from the balcony was fantastic and there is beach access which we took advantage of. The unit was well appointed, nothing seemed to be lacking in the kitchen or bathroom. Washer and dryer were a plus although we didn't use. Bed was very comfortable and the pillows were the soft ones we love. The best was the Nespresso machine. Wonderful! Need to buy one for myself.

Beautiful!

Stunning view, beautifully decorated, clean, across from a small, private beach at the beginning of Long Point. The host is very responsive and thought of everything, the condo is fully stocked. Oil, salt and pepper, spices, starter toiletries and a basket of toiletries in case you forgot something, hair dryer, first aid kit and even spare cell phone chargers. Very thoughtful. 2 TVs, board games, beach toys and noodles, Netflix, Amazon Prime.... Beautiful private balcony, the largest in the complex. 2 communal patios with BBQs, one on the rooftop. Bike rack, parking. Highly recommend this condo!

We spent 4 nights in July 2026 in this very spacious and comfortable condo unit, with a spectacular balcony overlooking Lake Erie. It's clean, nicely decorated, and extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need, including beach chairs and towels for the beautiful beaches a short walk up the road. Everything was exactly as advertised, and communication with the host could not have been better. We enjoyed our stay immensely!
