56 Cafeto Unit 2 is located ideally close to Los Muertos Beach at the end of a cul-de-sac, offering privacy in the heart of the Romantic Zone in the Old Town. Cafeto is a jam-property hidden from the noise of the town but only steps away from the beach, the best restaurants, bars, shops, etc. The unit is located on the 2nd floor and has about 30 steps to it from the street level. The building has one flat per floor and no elevator. It is in a quiet isle and supper close to the beach and
The Condo is large, classically appointed, has many windows, an outside patio, and a balcony. The kitchen has everything you may need for a comfortable vacation. Several convenience stores are within 2 - 4 short blocks and easy to walk to. The washer and dryer is inside the unit. The unit also has a balcony and covered outside patio.
At the roof terrace, you can enjoy BBQ, swim in the pool and enjoy the ocean view.
The Condo is located a block from the best beach in the city and very close to the best restaurants and shops. This is an exceptional location for beach and city goers alike.
You can walk to the beach in less than 5 minutes and everywhere else within 5 - 15 minutes. You cannot find a better location in PV.

On date of arrival had not been cleaned only one key in key box property manager did not follow through with what he said he was going to do after calling and arriving. The owner of the property was very accommodating, but unfortunately he didn’t live nearby. A hot water to the shower only worked about half the time neither of the TVs worked even with new batteries put in.

The guest arrived a day earlier than we had expected. The cleaning lady immediately came and cleaned the apartment. The apartment has 2 large smart TVs that can be used to watch movies from a computer or the internet. We do not offer free Netflix or a similar service. Guests typically use your own accounts. The guest simply had the wrong expectations and assumed things that were not offered in the listing. For example, we have provided 1 key upon arrival. We also provided a 2nd key on the next day. We never said we provide 2 sets of keys. We did it upon request. Anyhow, we get high-maintenance clients from time to time. We do our best to make sure our visitors are happy and enjoy their vacations.

Air worked well. Little musty smell when not on. Water was off when we arrived and, unfortunately, took 2 days to restore which included our involvement and correspondence with owner to resolve. At 83 degrees and after traveling all day this was a major inconvenience. Floor needed to be swept. Pillows could be replaced. We love the pool top area and location of the apt. We have stayed in the past and would stay again.

We replaced the AC. The apartment has 3 AC units and all of them are less than 2 years old and work well. Hence, no issues. The guest arrived before we were able to prepare the condo for rental season. Hence, we had few minor glitches, but these were promptly corrected. The condo is large and very close to the beach and all PV cool venues.

The condo is in an excellent location near shopping and restaurants and beach. Our driver had a difficulty time finding it. On the last day we saw the address behind leaves of a tree. The downside is the number of winding steps up to the condo. 46. If one has mobility issues, this is a challenge. We had to huff and puff dragging our suitcases to floor #2. Condo is clean, spacious and quiet. No written directions are found to explain how to turn on washer, dryer or wifi code. Had to call and ask. Two tvs never worked even though it was reported. Pool is 60 stairs to 6th floor. View is beautiful!

This condo is great for people who can walk 2 or 3 sets of stairs and 5 sets to get to the roof deck. I can see how it would be problematic for people with limited walking abilities and a lot of luggage. The washer and dryer are standard and should be easy to use for somebody who has washer and dryer at home in USA or Canada. The WiFi code is written on the router. The condo is large and very close to the beach and all PV cool venues.

Terrible sewer issue and odor which made unit uninhabitable for the whole rental period. Issue was not resolved and owner and managing agent were largely unavailable, unresponsive, unhelpful and unapologetic. A shame since unit is pleasant and nicely located. Issue unfortunately was not resolved before checkout and unit can not continue to be rented in this condition.. Perhaps the serious lapses in care, communication and responsiveness related to the fact that it was over the holidays.

The issue was due to the problems on the street, and the tenant was informed that this is not the apartment specific problem. The city took care of it, but this took several days to resolve. At this time the apartment has no issues.

Great location

Vety nice condo at a great price. Spacious, comfortable and quiet. Location was perfect, away from all the commotion but close enough to walk everywhere. The place was well equipped and generally clean, but could use a deep cleaning and some general upkeep and maintenance, as well as some basic conveniences, like hand soap in the bathroom.

Beautiful place in excellent location!

We loved our stay here!! Was such a beautiful, spacious place with everything needed in the kitchen, hair dryer in the bathroom, and washer and dryer (which is always helpful with kids in tow). The rooftop deck with small pool had an incredible view. We could easily walk to everything the romantic zone had to offer and the walk to Centro was only 15-20 mins as well. Beach was about 2 blocks away. Lovely spot- would recommend to anyone wanting to be within walking distance to everything

Great location!

Have been going to PV. For almost 30 years. Love Zona Romantica. This location was perfect ! Close to everything in walking distance. Nice condo. Only 5 units. A few steps to go up and down….no problem. Am use to lots of walking when in Viarta. Very secure safe building. Very pleased overall.

Luxurious and Tranquil, yet Close to the Action

This place was amazing!!! It felt so private and secluded (very quiet with thick walls, so we slept really well), yet was also right close to the beach and Mantamar club in Zona Romántica. The place was very spacious, with great high quality amenities (fridge, freezer, TV, dishes, and effective yet silent AC). Great views, too!! And j nice little pool up top! It was easy to a hold of the owner and manager, both of whom were very helpful. I hope to stay here again and highly recommend it! Be aware that there are some stairs up to the units, for those with mobility issues.

Great location. Nice place. Felt safe.

Great location close to the beach. Clean 2 bedroom apartment. as described bathroom is nice. This building is a 5 or 6? Story (1 unit on each floor) with a rooftop. Rooftop is a nice chill area w/chairs. Sink. Bathroom. Shower and small hot tubbish size pool.. not heated There are a few flights of gated stairs lleading up to the building. If you have mobility issues.I do not recommend this place. Otherwise i highly recommend . I would definitely stay here again.

Quiet central location. Lots of stairs!

We enjoyed our week long stay here. The location is close to the beach and action, but away from the night noise. Attention to detail and maintenance could improve - fan remotes that didn't work, a bedroom a/c that didn't work - oh, and a gas hot water heater that was exhausting carbon monoxide into the laundry area off the back bedroom.! Not the sort of thing I enjoy dealing with while on vacation. Everything got taken care of except the a/c.

Perfect location, decent property

We loved the fabulous location of this place! We initially booked for the pool but only used it once, as it was very small and cold. The place itself was sufficient and spacious. We had no hand soap, can opener was missing and the coffee maker was broken. We did text host but she did not offer to replace or bring items during our stay. The place was priced well and we were glad for the space. Simple, yet sufficient and spacious.

Nice Area and pretty Quiet at Night

Nice location, on the 2nd floor, so a few steps but easy enough to access. The apartment itself is starting to age and needs a little more TLC (change the cracked padded toilet seat at least). Never had to use the airconditioning as the air circulates well with the screens open. Waher and dryer were nice to have. There is no dishwasher, exept for your husband, but there is an iron and ironing board in the apartment as well. PV is booming with construction so I'm sure there will be plenty more accommodations coming up in the near future. Still a nice place and a nice area in Zona Romantica

Thank you for staying with us. The toilet seat was changed as you recommended. We perform maintenance of the apartment every season. The apartment is in the best areas of PV and all new construction is much further away from the beach. Hence this apartment will remain one of the best destinations in PV.

The condo was nice. Great location. Day one no hot water and no internet. I turned on the gas to water heater and started pilot light. Worked fine. No property manager available throughput trip. Washer and dryer didn’t not work. Internet never worked. Communication with the owner spotty. No housekeeping available. The owner did apologies for issues and said “I wasn’t ready to book the condo before high season so it wasn’t ready” my comment…. Block dates and don’t accept my booking and payment. There a too many places in PV to rent so will never rent this one again. Patio view was horrible. See pic

The guest booked this condo on short notice, and before our regular rental season started. We did not block the days because it had never been a problem in the past, and we did our best to accommodate this guest. There were a few glitches, and ALL OF THEM WERE CORRECTED, ALREADY. As of now, the condo has a new AC unit, the washer and dryer are operational, the water heater pilot is on, and the fiber internet is also functioning well. Housekeeping (Elena) is available for $25 each time you would like the condo cleaned, linens washed, etc. Of course, we pay for this cleaning to get the apartment ready for your arrival. This apartment is across the hotel Tropicana and one block from the Los Muertos beach, which is a favorite and most well-known beach in Puerto Vallarta. The apartment is on the 2nd floor in a quiet alley. It has a balcony and patio. The balcony has a view of the inside garden and an alley. There is an ocean view from the roof deck located on the 5th floor.
