Fully outfitted duplex with an open main level floor plan great for entertaining is ready for beach days with beach chairs, grill, and community pool. Closest beach is 1.5 miles and many other beach options are within 2-3 miles. You can easily get to downtown Bethany, Fenwick, Dewey, and Rehoboth. Outlets and golf close by as well. Lots of wonderful restaurants and breweries close by.

1 King BR, 1 Queen BR, 1 bunk room with 4 twins, 3rd floor loft has large sectional and a roll-away bed. 2 Full, 1 Half Bath. Swimming pool available, Grocery across the street. Very convenient to everything Bethany Beach and Delaware / Ocean City, MD has to offer.

Wonderful residence for extended family

We stayed at this great home for 3 night with our adult children, their spouses and our 3 grandchildren. The residence had everything we needed, was very comfortable, and was really lovely. We appreciated that it had plenty of space for eating (table and counter) and lots of seating for socializing. Also, we had access to beach chairs and a beach umbrella. Restaurants and Bethany beach were close by.

Perfection in a Beautiful Townhouse

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay in this completely outfitted and well appointed townhouse. Steve and Danielle deserve 5 stars all the way. Everything was as described and pictured, check in and checking out was easy and the location perfect! All in all, a great place for a beach vacation!

Family Vacation

The location was exactly as described on VRBO! Our entire family loved it and didn’t want to leave. The homeowner was very responsive and gave me a lot of amazing information including places we could go for fun! The home was clean, had lots of supplies and the abundance of beach chairs was a huge plus! Home is in a very quiet neighborhood and pretty close to everything. Children enjoyed easy access to the pool. Will definitely rent again for future trips!!

The Perfect Beach House

This house was perfect for our stay! There was plenty of room for the 9 adults that stayed with us on this trip. The hosts are extremely responsive and will answer any questions you may have. Check in and check out instructions are easy to follow. There are plenty of supplies in the house. The house matched the VRBO description and pictures perfectly. The house was extremely clean and beautiful. We loved the loft space and rooftop deck. The location was far enough away from the busy streets but still close to everything you may need. Parking was easy, especially with the additional guest spots. We will definitely be looking to book this property in the future.
