VILLA LA VERNACCIA

Villa La Vernaccia is a beautiful private villa located in the well-known City of Towers, San Gimignano surrounded by olive groves and vineyards producing an excellent olive oil and the famous white wine Vernaccia.
This location enjoys the privileged position of sitting in the heart of Tuscany, opposite de beautiful towers of San Gimignano. The property offers breath-taking views over San Gimignano and the surroundings vineyards and olive groves.
The villa is the result of a perfect combination of modern comfort combined with typical Tuscan style in keep with terracotta floors and beamed ceilings with high quality bathrooms.

Guests staying at Villa La Vernaccia will have the possibility to participate to wine and olive oil tastings at the property’s’ wine cellar. San Gimignano (2km) offers a wide choice of restaurants, shops and supermarkets, etc and there are a few good restaurants easily reachable within walking distance. Florence, Siena, Pisa are only 1 h distant by car from the villa.
INTERIOR

Ground Floor: sitting room with Sat-TV. DVD player with USB connection, WC with n.2 sinks. Small reading room, 1 double bedroom wit ensuite bathroom.
Five steps leading to two master bedrooms with an ensuite bathroom with shower. Professional well equipped kitchen (oven, slicer, induction, coffee-maker, toaster). Two steps leading to the dining room equipped with table for 14 people.

First Floor: It is accessible from the external staircase as well as from the internal spiral staircase. One master double bedroom with bath tub and sink in the bedroom and ensuite WC. One double bedroom with bath tub and sink in the bedroom and ensuite WC. One double bedroom an ensuite bathroom with shower. There is an access to the loggia leading to another zone of the villa composed with: one double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with shower. One double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with shower.

Note: on request and on supplement, 4 additional beds might be added even in the living room or in the bedrooms.

EQUIPMENT: kettle, mixer, microwave, toaster, espresso coffee maker and American coffee maker, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, oven, slicer, dishwashing machine, washing machine, crib and high chair, Sat-TV, DVD - CD player, wireless ADSL internet (computer not provided), air-conditioning, mobile phone.

OUTDOOR:
The property with electric entrance gate is completely fenced. In the always well kept garden there is a private swimming pool (12m x 6m with ladder - min 1,15 m to 1,70 m) with solarium area at guests disposal. Furthermore there is a gazebo equiped with outside furniture which invites for outside dining.

The pool house annexe offers guests a summer kitchen, upholstered relax seats, an equipped eating area, a toilet and telephone.

INCLUDED IN THE WEEKLY PRICE:
electricity, water, gas for cooking, heating, air conditioning, bed linen and towels with weekly change (Saturday), Internet Wi-Fi, baby bed (on previous request), satellite TV in all bedrooms, cot, hight chair, pool and garden maintenance, use of pool from approx. beginning May to end September, welcome basket with typical tusca products and some stuff, cleaning help twice a week (2 hours per day), free wine tasting with visit of the owners' cellars

NOT INCLUDED IN THE WEEKLY PRICE:
final cleaning (300,00 Euro fix price), supplement for max. 4 additional beds (150Euro per week each), pets (only small size allowed on request with extra fee of € 15,00/each/week), eventual tourist tax as per local rates (details on the spot)

ON REQUEST:
extra cleaning during the week (20,00 Euro per hour / maid), additional change of linen and towels during the week (15,00 Euro per set/per change), pool towels (5,00 Euro per towel).
