Beautiful, historical working farm, 3 storeys, from the 19th century, renovated in 2019, surrounded by trees and meadows. In the district of Hohe 5.3 km from the centre of Hehlen, 5 km from the centre of Bodenwerder, in a quiet position, 400 m from the edge of the forest. For shared use: large garden 1'500 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees. Terrace (20 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground (slide, swing). In the complex: fitness room (extra). Storage room for bicycles, washing machine (for shared use, extra), drying room. Parking (for 10 cars) on the premises, single garage (extra) at the house. Shop 7 km, grocery 5 km, supermarket 7 km, restaurant 5 km, bakery 5 km, bus stop "Hohe" 20 m, outdoor swimming pool 8 km, indoor swimming pool 9 km. Walking paths from the house 200 m. Nearby attractions: Welterbe Corvey 33 km, Porzellanmanufaktur Fürstenberg 40 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Humboldtsee 28 km. Leider unsauber
Die Wohnung war ungeputzt, voller Spinnweben in den Ecken der Räume, Kühlschrank und die Toiletten mussten von uns desinfiziert werden. Die angebotene Bettwäsche und die Handtücher wurden offen im Keller ungeschützt gelagert und konnten so Staub und Gerüche problemlos aufnehmen. Das hier 12,50 € pro Person bei Buchung von Bettwäsche und Handtücher extra genommen werden ist überzogen genau wie die 75 € für die Endreinigung, die im Mietpreis veranschlagt und offensichtlich nicht erfolgt ist.

Leider, leider…
Die Wohnung war dann doch nicht für 6 Erwachsene, alternativ wurde die „Mittlere Wohnung“ mit Platz für 7 Personen angeboten war aber ziemlich dunkel mit braunen, alten teils defektem Mobiliar und leider nicht sauber (Schimmel im Kühlschrank, Staub allenthalben). Das WLAN schlapp, die Bettwäsche stark mit Weichspüler parfümiert, Neon-grelle Nachtischbeleuchtung, Schweinestall Geruch vom Nachbarn & Abrechnungs-Irritationen. Das waren leider zu viele „leider“ - keine Empfehlung.

Hohe Pforte
Sauberkeit sehr schlecht mussten selber putzen. Viel zu kleiner Fernseher. Mangelhafte Küchenurtensilienen. Geschirr sehr dreckig. Garten Möbel für viele Leute nicht da. Backofen sehr dreckig konnte man nicht benutzen. Wasser war nicht warm genug zum Duschen.Zu wenig Parkplatz wenn alle Wohnungen vermietet sind.

Das Warmwasser wurde in Ordnung gebracht, auch die Küchenutensilien
wurden ersetzt. Das Reinigungsteam wurde informiert und wird der
