Property is new in a neighborhood that seems very new and pretty quiet. Everything was clean. Having a pet was convenient. We ate at a nice place in town overall the good experience.

This was SUCH a gorgeous, luxurious, lovely brand new townhome. Shelby was so gracious and responsive as a host, and we just can't say enough fabulous things about our stay in Cedar City. We will absolutely be returning, and this place is an absolute gem in every way possible!

Fantastic townhouse in a very convenient location. Super close to the aquatic center (which is great for kiddos), shopping, and restaurants. I highly recommend!

The condo was great! Very clean, good location, and it had everything we needed. Our only complaints are the primary bed (the king) was very janky and held together with duct tape and string. It moved like a rocking horse with the slightest movement. Very unrestful. Also, the dishwasher worked perfectly but wasn’t screwed in. It pulled out of the cabinets when opened, and when you pulled out a rack the entire thing would tip forward. This could be very dangerous if we had a toddler. Otherwise, it was a great stay!

Great Stay….close to restaurants and parks

We had a great stay while in town for a soccer tournament. Shelby was great and responded quickly to a question I had. Parks are so close you can walk and we had quick access to restaurants. The townhouse is clean, spacious and in a nice quiet neighborhood. It was nice to have covered parking as well.
