Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volley ball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience. Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay. It is a catch and release Lake.

Close to Champions Gate, Posner Park shopping and Publix Plaza, World Class Golf Courses, and perfectly located within 20-30 minutes of all of the popular parks such as Disney World (19 minutes), Universal (26 minutes), SeaWorld (23 minutes), and Orlando Tree Trek Adventure Park (10 minutes).

Close to World-Famous Golf Courses and loads of shopping. Walmart is only 5 minutes away ...We are close to Hospitals and Medical Facilities as well.

The Village of Clermont is 15 minutes away and is set around a lake that offers loads of Weekend Activities including local Restaurants

Home is equipped with keyless smart locks and alarm. Access is typically the last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Fourteen guests sleep comfortably across five bedrooms and 8 beds. Room-darkening shades keep the Florida light at bay for a proper rest, and extra pillows and blankets mean everyone settles in at their own comfort level. Walk-in closets, closets, and dressers throughout the home give every guest space to unpack and feel at home for the duration of their stay.
 
Entertainment & recreation
The game room is a full-scale entertainment hub - arcade games, a pool table, a ping pong table, life size games, and a game console mean there is never a shortage of competition or fun. A theme room adds character and a sense of occasion that you won't find in a standard rental. When the group is ready to wind down, a 65-inch HDTV with Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, HBO Max, Hulu, Netflix, Roku, premium cable, and standard cable brings everyone together. An Ethernet connection is available for those who need a reliable wired connection, and exercise equipment is on-site for guests who want to keep up their routine. A shared gym nearby is also accessible.
 
Family-friendly features
Little ones are genuinely catered for here. A crib, Pack 'n play/Travel crib, standalone high chair, children's dinnerware, children's books and toys, board games, and baby safety gates are all provided. A dedicated children's playroom gives younger guests their own space to explore, while an outdoor playground offers fresh air and room to run. Babysitter recommendations are available if the adults want an evening out on their own.
 
Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen handles everything from a quick morning coffee to a full group dinner without missing a beat. A GE stainless steel electric stove, stainless steel single oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, hot water kettle, coffee maker, blender, toaster, baking sheet, wine glasses, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, and barbecue utensils are all on hand. The dining table brings the whole group together, and breakfast is provided each morning to start every day on the right foot. Coffee is always available.
 
Outdoor living
The backyard is where the group naturally ends up as the day winds down. A private outdoor pool and private spa are both available year-round, open 24 hours - pool and spa heating is available for an additional fee. Fire up the private gas BBQ grill, settle into the outdoor dining area, and let the evening take care of itself. Outdoor furniture and a private patio or balcony round out the space. Please note the private backyard is not fully fenced. Lake access is available via a path or dock, and guests enjoy free access to nearby resort facilities.
 
Practical comforts
Central air conditioning, central heating, and ceiling fans keep every corner of the home comfortable year-round. A dedicated workspace with a door, in-unit washer and dryer, iron, hangers, bed linens, and all essentials are included. Housekeeping is available at an extra cost, and long-term stays of 28 days or more are warmly welcomed.
 
Parking, access & safety
Self check-in via smart lock makes arrival effortless. A private entrance leads you in, and free driveway parking accommodates up to 4 vehicles, with additional free street parking nearby. The home is equipped with exterior security cameras on the front and back of the property only, a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit for peace of mind. Pets are welcome - assistance animals are always allowed.

Easy access to all major roads and highways. Car services such as Uber and Lyft are also readily available. Food services such as Uber Eats, Door Dash, Instacart are also available.
