The living area is 115 square meters and the plot is over 500 square meters.

The new P-Liner houses (E plus) are classified with five stars and can accommodate six plus two people. In addition to two bedrooms with box-spring double beds, the house type has a large alcove, in which two more beds are available. An open kitchen with a large dining area and its own small terrace can accommodate the entire family. In the separate living area with the sofa bed if required, two more beds available.
The large main terrace with access from the living room and one of the bedrooms completes the stay.
