Kosten 20% höher als der Internetpreis der Wohnung, Raucherzimmer, unbequeme Matrazen, nicht sauber

Wir werden direkt an HHD GmbH/Interchalet (unser Vertragspartner) eine Beschwerde schreiben. Die Kosten für den Dienstleister am Ort müssten genau wie die Endreinigungsgebühren nicht als zusätzliche Kostenpauschale im Mietvertrag angesetzt werden, weil auch in diesem Fall, der Mieter nicht die Möglichkeit hat, die Kosten zu vermeiden (der Schlüssen liegt nicht unter der Schmutzmatte beim Eingang, man muss den Schlüssel an der Rezeption holen). Der Zuschlag 6 Personen x 7 Tage x 6 Fr. macht ca 20% auf den Mietpreis. Das das ein Raucherzimmer ist, ist nicht in der Wohnungsbeschreibung zu finden. Erst als wir erfahren haben, dass das Zimmer unmöglich stark nach Rauch stinkt, haben wir alles auf der Internetseite nochmals gründlich gelesen und eine Notiz ganz unten bei allgemeiner Objektbeschreibung gefunden: "...in allen Wohnungen ausser THN 166 ist Rauchen nicht gestattet." Mit 2 Kindern war die Woche eine Qual. Ausserdem war die Wohnung nicht sauber, Staub hinter den Betten, auf den Sofas waren Essensreste eingeklebt. Die zwei Ausziehsofas haben kein gewöhnliches System. In der Wohnung findet man dafür keine Anleitung. Erst am Montag haben wir eine Anleitung an der Rezeption erhalten ( Gemäss Angaben auf der Internetseite, an der Türe und gemäss Telefonbeantworter ist am Sonntag die Rezeption zu). Die beiden "Matratzen" bei beiden Sofas waren komplett durchgelegen und zum Schlafen definitiv nicht geeignet.
