Newly renovated house in Park De Kreek, Bruinisse

Our newly renovated house is from 27. 05. 19 completed and ready for occupancy. For this reason, you can not see any reviews yet.
The house (60 sqm living space) is located in the Park De Kreek Aquadeltapark in Bruinisse.
It has two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, a living room with fireplace and a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave and currently a 2-plate electric stove (due to technical changes, but it will be in next time to change a 4-plate ceramic hob).
The living room has a 37 inch HD TV, satellite TV and a woodburning stove. WLAN connection is available
The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a window. Towels are not available.
The bedrooms are each equipped with 2 single beds (which can be put together at any time), wardrobe and bedside table, duvets and pillows. Bed linen must be brought.
The upper bedroom is carpeted and the rest of the house is high quality vinyl. The bathroom is completely tiled.
Our house is additionally insulated and thus protects against cold and heat.
The terrace is equipped with garden furniture. Games for a cozy evening are ready.
There is direct access to a playground with soccer field, volleyball net, table tennis, slide and cable car.
In the center of the Aquadeltapark (about 3 minutes) you will find a supermarket, various restaurants, a swimming pool, mini golf, indoor playground, bike rental and a bowling alley.
The new marina of Bruinisse is also within a few minutes, as well as 2 bathing beaches. The beautiful North Sea beaches of Burg Haamsteede, Brouwershaven, Renesse, Scharendijke etc. can be reached in 20 minutes by car.
The picturesque town of Zieriksee is 12 km away and invites you to stroll, as well as Goes, Middelburg or Vlissingen.
The neighboring house no. 34 may possibly be rented at the same time, to z. B. to go on vacation together with friends.

Gastgeber war super freundlich und erreichbar. Leider war es sehr kalt und das wasser in der dusche worde auch nicht warm. So das wir zwischendurch sehr gefroren haben. Vielleicht muss an der heizung noch etwas nachgestellt werden. Ansonsten ist das haus sehr hübsch und ausreichend ausgestattet.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, wir haben das Haus absolut sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet/ dekoriert vorgefunden, so das wir uns gleich wohl gefühlt haben. Das einzige Manko waren die Sitzmöglichkeiten im Wohnzimmer, uns hat auf jeden Fall eine weitere kl. Couch gefehlt um sich zu dritt gemütlich ins Wohnzimmer setzen zu können. Der Kamin war unser persönliches Highlight. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern hat reibungslos funktioniert.

Der Aufenthalt hat und soweit gut gefallen, nur der Vorhang im Kinderzimmer sollte man mal wechseln. Am Tag kann jeder ins Zimmer sehen, was einige Leute auch machen und zieht man den Vorgang zu ist der Raum dunkel.

Wir waren nur 2 Nächte dort und dennoch hat uns das Urlaubsfeeling gepackt. Süßes Haus, gemütlich mit allem was man braucht, abends wunderschöner Kamin. Das Objekt war prima - noch etwas mehr Augenmerk auf Sauberkeit und es wäre perfekt. Der Ort Bruinisse ist sehr klein und ruhig - für unseren perfekten Urlaub hätte eine klassische Promenade und ein schöner Strand gefehlt.

Die Wohnung war sehr dreckig bis hin zum Ekelfaktor. Nach einer Beschwerde mit Fotos kein vernünftiges Feedback oder sonst irgendein entgegenkommen. Wir werden dieses Portal nicht mehr nutzen und schon gar nicht weiter empfehlen.

Kurzurlaub

Der Park ist recht schön, die Umgebung auch. Vor allem der angrenzende Supermarkt und der Spielpläze vorm Haus sind sehr praktisch. Das Haus alles in allem reicht für 3 Personen - jedoch muss ich mich leider der Vorgänger-Bewertung anschließen. Top renoviert passt leider nicht. Es benötigt drinnen dringend weiße Farbe, die Wände haben sehr viele Macken. Wasserkocher mussten wir vor Gebrauch entkalken, Kaffeemaschine nicht benutzt, war von innen nicht schön... Von 4 Stühlen am Esstisch waren alle komplett instabil, bei einem fehlte schon eine Schraube. Kopfkissen sehr speckig, ein Kissen mit Blutfleck. Sofakissen mit Flecken. Bad in Ordnung, jedoch schimmelige Fugen und schimmeliger Duschvorhang. Irgendwie klar, da man das Bad bei jedem Duschen leicht flutet. Terasse für uns zu offen, Stühle und Schirm verdreckt. Genau wie das Dachfester. Die Abstellkammer ist wirklich sehr unordentlich, der Staubsauger funktionierte nicht. Einmal grundreinigen, austauschen und streichen, dann wäre das Haus wirklich schön. Da wir uns nicht viel im Haus aufgehalten haben war es ein trotzdem netter Kurzurlaub mit viel Sonne.

Die Bilder versprechen mehr - bitte mal wieder nach dem Rechten sehen

"Die Sauberkeit war mittelmäßig, die Kaffeemaschine sollte ausgetauscht werden. Eine Renovierung würde das Objekt aufwerten" - Genau so haben wir uns auch gefühlt. Die Kaffeemaschine war übrigens im Schrank zu finden. Ebenso der Toaster. Die Wände sollten nochmal gestrichten werden. Der Kinderstuhl war sehr verdreckt und in einer unansehnlichen Abstellkammer zu finden. Wir haben die nötigen Erklärungen vermisst. Kurzerklärung zum Induktionskochfeld oder der Heizung. Die Heizung konnte das Häuslein schnell heizen, allerdings ging diese rasch in einen Sparmodus - und hat sich in den Nacht abgeschaltet. Im Sommer kein Problem, aber für eine gewissen Grundwärme, insbesondere mit Kleinkind nicht das Beste. Leider kamen die Erklärungen zum Check-in erst per Nachfrage. Sonst OK. Kurtaxte wurde nicht weiter bestätigt. Vergünstigungen? Das Schwimmbad zum in der Nähe zu findenden Ferienpark ist für diese Gäste dort Gratis. Leider ist alles in der Nähe doch recht teuer und voll. Ein Ausflug zu einem Restaurant in der Nähe lohnt sich. Das nächste Mal werden wir näher an Ouddorp buchen. Die Fahrten dorthin sind doch recht lange und dort gibt es noch einige schöne Strände. Die Nachbarn sind auch deutlich zu hören - Glückssache. Geparkt muss außerhalb - außer zum be/entladen. WIFI war OK. TV nicht getestet, aber sehr klein. Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt, aber kein übermäßigen Komfort erwarten. Einen Ausflugstipp gebe ich noch mit: Die Wildpferde bei Uitkijktoren - Slikken van de Heen

Soweit sehr zufrieden, das einzige was besser wäre, im Badezimmer an der Dusche ein Tür oder Glasschutz anzubringen statt einen Vorhang, dort war leider schon ein wenig schimmel. Aber im ganzen sind wir sehr zufrieden, auch das Angebot war sehr schön.
