Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenhalt! Das Haus war sehr sauber, schön und gemütlich eingerichtet und hat ausreichend Platz für 8 Personen geboten. Besonderes praktisch war die gut ausgestattete Küche - es war wirklich alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und perfekt, um sich zu entspannen und die Zeit gemeinsam zu genießen. Auch die Kommunikation mit Andrea (die Gastgeberin) war jederzeit unkompliziert und freundlich.Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Urlaub in schönster Landschaft

Wir durften eine Woche dieses wunderschöne Bauernhaus bewohnen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Von der Kommunikation mit den Vermietern bis zur Ausstattung und Lage des Hauses war alles toll.Durch die verkehrsgünstige Lage konnte man alle Ziele mit dem Bus erreichen. Wir bedanken uns für die Wohlfühlunterkunft. Das Ultental ist auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert.Suzette und Freunde

Gemeinsam Familienzeit genießen

Im schönen Ultental ursprünglich wohnen und gemeinsam als Familie Zeit verbringen: Dafür ist das urige Bauernhaus der perfekte Ort. Unweit von St. Walburg gelegen der ideale Ausgangspunkt die Natur zu erkunden. Egal ob in Wanderschuhen oder im Winter auf Skier. Jung und Alt waren begeistert und kommen sicher wieder.

Sehr schönes renoviertes Bauernhaus im Ultental

Wir waren gemeinsam mit einer befreundeten Familie in Andreas und Manuels wirklich schönem Bauernhaus im Ultental. Wir waren insgesamt vier Erwachsene und vier Jugendliche. Das Haus ist wirklich perfekt für zwei Familien. Es ist sehr schön renoviert, alles ist sauber, die Küche ist super ausgestattet und es ist reichlich Platz für alle vorhanden. Andrea und Manuel waren immer erreichbar und haben sich um unsere Anliegen sofort gekümmert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und eine tolle Woche verbracht! Wir kommen gerne wieder :-)

Gemütliche Tage im Ultentag

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche im Ultental Nähe St. Walburg. Das Haus von Andrea und Manuel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es war gemütlich, mit tollem Kachelofen, alles sauber und wie beschrieben. Ein Fußweg führt direkt unterhalb des Hauses nach St. Walburg und der Bus fährt ebenfalls direkt oberhalb des Hauses ab. Eine absolute Empfehlung und wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Perfekte Auszeit

Wunderbare Möglichkeit, um Südtirol abseits des Trubels von Meran und Co zu erleben. Das Haus bietet viel Platz, der Garten ist ein Traum. Gerne wieder :)

Urlaub im Ultental

Das Bauernhaus ist wunderschön renoviert und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Auch die Lage ist toll für Wanderungen im Ultental und auch für Ausflüge aus dem Tal heraus. Die Lage fast direkt an der Straße hat uns überrascht, jedoch final eigentlich nicht gestört. Wir hatten tolle Ferien. Auch die Nachbarn sind sehr nett und die Kinder durften die Hühner füttern usw.

Ein tolles altes Haus

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche im Ultental. Das alte Haus ist optimal für eine Gruppe von Freunden. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett, wir wurden mit Gastgeschenken empfangen und der Sohn brachte uns sogar einen kleinen Feldblumenstrauß. Wir würden jederzeit wieder nach St. Walburg in das alte Bauernhaus fahren.

Modern eingerichteter, schön gelegener Berghof

Wir waren im Sommer 2021 für eine Woche dort im Familienurlaub. Das Haus ist sehr schön, modern eingerichtet und geräumig. Man hat sehr schön Morgensonne und abends bis ca. 17 Uhr, dann wird's allerdings auch schattig und dunkel, was einfach dem Berghof-Charakter des Hauses geschuldet ist. Außenherum ist ein schöner Garten + Balkon und es hat alles herrlich geblüht, wobei man entweder abends selber gießen oder halt jemand zum Gießen vorbeikommen muss. Wir haben selbst gegossen und uns hat das nicht gestört, aber das könnte evtl. in der Beschreibung erwähnt werden. Man hat dort wirklich seine Ruhe, was wir sehr genossen haben. Das Ultental kannten wir vorher noch nicht, aber es ist sehr schön und bietet zahlreiche Möglichkeiten zum Wandern, Bergsteigen, Mountainbiken oder einfach nur relaxen. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war gut und einfach, nur die Anreise erst ab 17 Uhr, an der trotz Rückfrage nichts zu ändern war, fanden wir etwas spät.

Einfach großartig!

Wir haben in einem sehr schönen, liebevoll eingerichtetem Haus eine gelungene Urlaubswoche verbracht. Alles hat perfekt gepasst und Andrea hat es an nichts fehlen lassen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!
