This modern apartment has been newly furnished with beautiful, clean selections and is ready for you to show up and relax! Enjoy easy, plentiful parking. One space provided at the complex. Second floor access is easy with multiple staircases. Washer and dryer in unit are provided.

The main bedroom features en suite, flat screen television, king bed, and room darkening shades. The balcony patio is newly outfitted with chairs and is ready to help you unwind after a long day of travel.

Enjoy a brand new rental managed by Auburn's largest and premier Short Term Rental company, Magnolia Linen Company. Seasoned STR management means all of your questions will be answered quickly and every detail has been seen to.

The complex has a beautiful pool our guests are welcome to enjoy.

All linens, towels, and household essentials are provided. A starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, soaps etc will be provided. Please bring your own/additional if you have a preference or will be staying for an extended period.

I stayed here for a week because my apartment wasn’t ready for move in and it was the best! So close to campus, so clean, and literally is stocked with anything you may need!

Quiet and comfortable stay

This one bedroom apartment in Auburn was perfect for our two night stay while we helped our daughter move. It was close to everything, clean and quiet. Good response from the management company when we had a question. We would stay there again.
