Located less than a mile to Canton Street and close to wedding venues. Recently renovated, with a large kitchen, and open concept, no detail has been overlooked. The home comfortably sleeps 8. Large deck with plenty of seating and grill on the patio for guest use. The kitchen and bathrooms are stocked with essentials. Enjoy all Roswell has to offer and come back and relax at this charming home!

We have 2 cameras on the property for security, one monitoring the backyard, and a doorbell monitoring the front porch and front yard.
The driveway is the only shared space as it is also used for the rented studio space behind the garage.

The house was so large and easily accommodated our group of 8. Nice front and backyard for children to get outside. It was in a very great neighborhood and super close to downtown Roswell.

We love Roswell!

We love visiting our friends in Roswell and this house was a perfect place to stay! Close to downtown with lots of fun things to do with the family. Great accommodations and great responsiveness from our hosts!

Great Stay

The house was just as advertised. Very clean, well appointed and in a great area. The kitchen was spectacular and we used the Weber gas grill outside the back door. We had a great stay and would recommend it.

A Great Spot!

We had this house booked for our wedding nearby. The house was SUPER clean and had everything we needed. It was close to our venue and rehearsal dinner spot. It was one of the best VRBOs I have ever stayed at. Would recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We had a good time.

We celebrated Thanksgiving at the house. The house was clean, the beds comfortable, the location perfect for us. Katie was very timely in answering any questions we had. The kitchen was pretty well stocked. We would go back again.

Great Stay!

We were in town for a concert and met some family that lived close. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The complimentary snacks and coffee were amazing for checking in and riding us over before we went out for dinner. The neighborhood felt very safe and Roswell was like a town out of a story book. The only issue we had was that there was only room for one car in driveway since the driveway is shared with guests renting the studio in the garage. This normally wouldn’t be such an issue because there is ample street parking, however there were a lot of construction vehicles in the road for the house being built next door. However, the house next door looked like it was nearing completion, so it shouldn’t be an issue for long. Overall I would recommend this house to anyone!

Wonderful family home!!

We used this home for overflow for our adult kids and their young children while celebrating Christmas as my parents house. The house was spotless when we checked in. It was well-equipped and very cozy. We loved our stay!!

Hi there! My husband and I host this property. We have been in the Roswell area since 2017 and absolutely love it. During our spare time, we love to travel and get outdoors with our family.

Why they chose this property

We bought this property in 2020 right before the pandemic and did some renovations. After living there for a little over 2 years and having our kids, we decided we needed some more space and wanted to list the house as a rental. This home means the world to us and is so close to downtown Roswell. Roswell has so much to offer from shops to restaurants to wedding venues. There is something for everyone as it is also close to trails, hiking, and Atlanta.
