Secluded, quiet, with close to 2 acres and a babbling brook, this home is the perfect place to get away from it all. The lake is a mile down the road, making it a great retreat for outdoor enthusiasts who love to swim, boat, fish, and every other waterfront activity. Lake George Village is just six miles south and Bolton Landing is 6 miles north, with activities for the entire family: shops, restaurants, parks, horseback riding, hiking and biking trails, and more. In the winter, you'll find fantastic snow activities like downhill skiing, snowshoeing, ice fishing and winter festivals! Something for the entire family and friends.

Inside you'll find a bright interior with lots of natural light to go around. Cozy up by the fireplace to watch a movie on the large TV, or lounge about and have great conversation. Prepare grand meals and lake picnic snacks in the spacious kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, and plenty of room to eat at the formal dining table. The main bedroom boasts a sitting area with a TV for private viewing. Every guest room has a TV so there's no missing out on favorite shows! Not only is there a deck and grilling area in the yard, but a there's also a firepit that's perfect for sharing stories, roasting marshmallows, making s'mores and watching for shooting stars on a summer evening. An additional treat for the kids (and adults) is a real treehouse and deck to the babbling brook to play in that they'll remember for a lifetime to come. A place to make vacation memories for the entire family.

Parts of this home are air-conditioned from approximately Memorial Day until Labor Day each year. This home does not have central air conditioning.
-All new bedding as of summer 2022.
-Guests can enjoy a treehouse during their stay.
Vacasa is a registered New York State sales tax vendor. And if Vacasa is the merchant of record will collect sales tax and applicable unit fees on all sales of short-term rental unit occupancy within New York State that it facilitates.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
