This single-level home is a place for beachgoers and golfers, with several world-class courses within a few miles' drive. You can swim in the Atlantic Ocean at Varn Park, Beverly Beach, and Flagler Beach, all of which are less than 12 miles away, or take a day trip up to St. Augustine to explore the oldest city in the U.S.

Step inside to be greeted by central air-conditioning, high ceilings, and tile floors throughout the living spaces. There are spots to sit down and relax at every turn, from the dining room table in the front room to the breakfast table and bar counter beside the well-equipped kitchen. An adjacent sunroom is lined with windows, offering a great place to watch TV or play ladder toss with a view of the yard.

The backyard is simply lovely, whether you choose to watch your kids play tag, barbecue on the gas grill, or dine on the patio at golden hour. Back inside, there are additional TVs in all three bedrooms and the living room, which also features a gas fireplace for movie nights.

THINGS TO KNOW

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
