Tip Top of the Rock is located at the highest point on Chateau Mountain, making it an ideal vacation spot for reconnecting with friends and spending quality time with family. As you enter the home, you'll instantly feel a luxurious and relaxed vacation vibe. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, beautiful countertops, and additional seating at the counter. The large wooden dining table comfortably accommodates 18 people, making it the perfect place to gather for meals and share laughter. The living area is great for lounging while watching your favorite movie on the TV or enjoying coffee by the fire. The main level decks offer expansive views and plenty of seating options, allowing you to relax and enjoy the beautiful sights and sounds of the Ozarks!

The house also offers a game room full of arcade options for the kids to enjoy. The best part is the PRIVATE POOL! You and your family can enjoy complete privacy in the 4-foot-deep pool. The private pool is OPEN May 1st - October 1st. The pool is not heated.

Amazing home in Branson

Amazing property

Had our annual golf trip and this was the absolute perfect place to stay. Close to golf courses, restaurants and the private pool was absolutely perfect during the hot days. The house was spacious and clean. 10/10 would recommend.

Family Fun in Branson

We stayed a week and had a great time; the bedroom set up was perfect for family/extended family. The location worked well with quick access to fishing, shopping, and other activities. The only suggestion that I have is to add at least 1 chair height toilet to 1 of the bathrooms to accommodate elderly folks.

Jeff, the owner was very responsive to all of our questions. Wonderful views. Even though the temperature was in the high 90’s, the deck always had a breeze and was very comfortable.

Loved the home! The area is quite beautiful and sits on top of all the rows of houses. Privacy and noise was our only issue. Nothing to do with the property itself. Josh runs a very nice home.

Extended family Christmas gathering

We had 13 adults and one baby. We had plenty of room and everyone had their own bathroom! The listing was just as advertised- beautiful and perfect for us. They even had a Christmas tree for us that was impeccably decorated! Very close to Silver Dollar City, grocery stores, and all Branson activities. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub too. Literally the Tip Top of the Rock- fantastic view! We would love to stay here again!

Thanksgiving weekend

Our family of 15 stayed at tip top of the mountain for thanksgiving weekend. The house was fantastic with nine bedrooms giving everyone plenty of space. The arcade was a big hit with everyone and the hot tub was used every day. The long dining room table was exceptional! Josh was very prompt in replying to all my questions before we arrived and the check in and check out was easy. We will definitely be staying here again in the future. Thanks, Josh!

Met All Expectations!!

The home is exactly as pictured and better than expected! Rented for my bachelorette party and we had such a great time in the pool, hot tub and the gaming area. Lots of space and well decorated!! I would love to get our friends together and come back another time. Josh was easy to communicate and allowed us to check in a little early which really helped. Highly recommend!

Great property!

Our group of 20 (10 adults and 10 kids) had an amazing trip! We have been going on a group trip for 9 years and this was one of the best places. Rooms/accommodations were perfect for a large group. We had a ton of space to spread out and the kids loved the arcade games. Location was close to many Branson attractions. House was immaculately clean. Manager was very responsive and communicative of a minor issue with some outdoor furniture. We would highly recommend the house for big groups especially with children!

Worked out great!

The layout of the house couldn’t have worked out better! Everyone had their own room and bathroom. That’s a great plus when traveling with 3 families and teenagers. The kids and adults had a good time playing the arcade games and relaxing in the hot tub. The water in the pool was still pretty cold but did have a couple of people who tried it out for a “very brief” time. The view from the house was beautiful!

Annual college sorority sisters Get-together

This place was PERFECT!! It was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, and the view was awesome. Two refrigerators came in handy as did two televisions. There was an ample supply of dishes, bath towels, toilet paper and trash bags. There were 16 of us (all over 60) and we were all able to sit at the table at the same time and there were still some empty seats. We all agreed we will be coming back!
