Fabulous villa of 190 m² built, divided into 2 floors, surrounded by its own garden. It is located in a fantastic area of urbanization Betlem, just 2 minutes walking distance to the sea and 5 minutes drive to the village Colonia de Sant Pere with all restaurant and grocery stores.
Ground floor has 2 living rooms, dining room, well equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms of which one is en suite. First floor consists of a room with bathroom en suite. The villa is very bright, has central heating, air conditioning in 2 bedrooms, laundry, storage, parking and a private pool of 25 m²

Wunderschönes Haus, ruhig gelegen

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in dem Haus. Wer Erholung sucht ist dort genau richtig. Tolles Haus, toller Garten.

Absolute Empfehlung

Unsere Erwartungen wurden in jeder Hinsicht übertroffen. Das Haus war extrem sauber und um einiges größer als wir durch die Bilder dachten. Fragen oder Hilfe erhält man umgehend vor Ort durch die Immobilienverwaltung. Topstrände wie der Cala Torta oder Cala Mesquida sind mit dem Auto innerhalb einer halben Stunde mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Alles in allem können wir nichts negatives berichten und freuen uns auf den nächsten Besuch!

Ruhige Lage, nahe zum Meer, schöner Pool, ein Schlafraum leider ohne Klimaanlage. Gutes Freizeitequipment.

Urlaub mit Familie in Betlem

Schönes Haus mit einem tollen Grundstück. Sehr nette, zuvorkommende Eigentümerfamilie. Einziger Kritikpunkt nur zwei Zimmer mit Klimaanlage.
