The main level comes with a brand new kitchen, a center island with 4 barstools, and an adjacent dining table with seating for 10. With large picturesque windows, bright natural light, and a vaulted ceiling, the contiguous family area is spacious with plenty of seating for the whole family. There are enough games for your group to entertain as well, which include a full size foosball table, a chess and a poker game set etc. Two laundry rooms with one on the main level and the other one in the garage. 55 inch TVs in all bedrooms. Gigabit fiber optics high speed internet with mesh wifi making it easy to stream movies in all rooms.

The master bedroom on the main level is furnished with 2 queen beds, a dresser, a nightstand and a desk with chair. It also comes with a luxury ensuite bath with touchscreen controlled shower and tub.

There are three bedrooms upstairs, including another ensuite master bedroom and two adjacent Jack 'n Jill bedrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with 2 queen beds, a dresser, a night stand and a desk. The two smaller bedrooms are both served by a queen bed, a full size futon sofa bed, a night stand, a dresser and a folding desk for remote work.

Bistro tables and chairs can be found at the front porch and the back patio. Don't forget to BBQ using the Weber Genesis® grill.

The property's garage is spacious and offers a ski storage area and room for two mid-sized SUVs. The floor is epoxy coated with drainage tiles at the entrance and laundry area. The driveway can accommodate 2 more cars and there are plenty of parking by the street.
