Peaceful neighborhood, nearby local park, tennis courts, golf course, Albertsons, Starbucks, restaurants, UPS store. Great location: Santa Anita Ave & 6th Ave, E. Live Oak Ave & Longden. Close to Westfield Mall, Santa Anita Race Track, Arboretum.

    Dining table, full size bed, kitchenette with two electric burner stove top, microwave, toaster oven, coffeemaker for light food preparation, double door refrigerator, A/C heat, ceiling fan, step-in shower, desk and chair, wardrobe and drawers, sofabed with pullout, TV, DVD player, 400 sq ft space, utilities included, fast internet, cable, gated property with security all around, designated parking behind motorized gate for one car, spacious covered patio, private access alleyway.
