Our beautiful holiday home is only 70 meters away from the Kiel Canal. Only a few steps and you achieve perfect peace and relaxation.
The house has 90 square meters of living space with three rooms, a beautiful conservatory with direct canal view, kitchen and shower room. It is equipped with Wi-Fi reception.
On the ground floor is the kitchen, from which you also have a beautiful canal view. The kitchen has a seat, refrigerator with freezer, stove with ceramic hob, convection oven, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker and toaster.
Furthermore, there is the small bathroom with shower on the ground floor and the spacious living room with couch, TV and dining area. From the living room you enter the conservatory with underfloor heating and seating.
Upstairs is a bedroom with a double bed, TV and various cupboards. Furthermore, there is another small bedroom with two single beds.
The house is completely equipped with external blinds. On the 1000 sqm plot is a small terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and a parking space for a car. A small pond and a covered outdoor terrace complete the picture. The property is fenced and therefore very dog friendly.
