"A modern apartment" Port Marina 419 - small "in a perfect harbor location.

The new, tastefully furnished apartment has everything that will make your stay an unforgettable experience.

Notes on additional costs and fees:
Bed linen for 2 people and towels (2x large, 2x small, 2 tea towels and 1 shower mat) are included.
A parking space in the underground car park can be booked for a fee if available
€ 100 deposit is due in advance. These will be refunded after departure.
Over New Year's Eve, as well as in the special festival week Sail, the deposit is 150, - EUR.
Electricity / water / heating are included.
The city tax incurred in Bremerhaven is included in the rental price.

The open kitchen is fully equipped. WLAN and smart TV are a matter of course. The entire apartment is barrier-free and furnished according to the ECARF standard. A little greeting awaits you in the fridge.

Carefree all round, you don't have to worry about a thing. Everything is available from towels, bed linen to mineral water, coffee, tea etc.

Your vehicle is safely and conveniently accommodated in the underground garage for an additional charge of EUR 7.50 / night (if available, please inquire when booking).

Your bikes are safely stored in the locked bike storage room.

You can get the front door key from the concierge or the property management.

Das Appartement ist total schön und trotz Hauptverkehrsstraße war es leise. Besonderes Highlight war für uns das riesen Bad mit großer Wanne und riesen Dusche. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man brauchen könnte. Alles in allem war es für uns völlig ausreichend. Es war sehr sauber, die Hausverwaltung ist auch super nett und die Umgebung ist auch toll. Der Hafen und diverse Sehenswürdigkeiten liegen fast direkt vor einem und man läuft nur wenige Minuten bis dahin. Vielen lieben Dank für alles.

Schöner Kurzurlaub

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen, zudem gibt es verschiedene Restaurants in der Nähe und auch zur Wasserkante muss man nicht weit gehen. Es war alles sehr gut.

Das Appartement hat ein top Lage. Man ist schnell vorne am Deich und auch in der Stadt. Das Bad ist im Verhältnis zur Wohnung sehr groß. Vermieter sehr nett. Kaffee und Tee sowie eine kleine Begrüßung im Kühlschrank vorhanden.

Der einzige Mangel war, dass die beschriebene Belüftungsanlage entweder nicht funktionierte, oder viel zu schwach war. Man konnte nur bei weit geöffneten Fenstern schlafen.

Die Wohnung ist schön, es fehlt an nichts. Sauber und gepflegt. Klein, aber fein. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass direkt am Haus eine mehrspurige Straße verläuft, daher ist Verkehr beim geöffneten Fenster gut zu hören.

Perfekt um ein paar Tage abzuschalten

Ich wolle einfach spontan an die Nordsee. Bei der Suche nach einer Ferrienwohnung für 2 nächte für mich alleine bin ich auf diese Wohnung gestoßen. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem neuen Wohnkomplex. Von den vielen Wohnungen hört man drinnen aber garnichts. Die wohnung ist modern eingericjtet und war sehr sauber. Sehr Lichtdurchflutet und perfekt zum erholen. Am überzeugendsten war das Badezimmer. Wie auf den Bildern zu sehen gab es im riesigen, mit Fußbodenheizung ausgestatteten, Bad eine ebenerdige Dusche und eine Badewanne. Wenn ich nochmal für ein paar Nächte Auszeit brauche werde ich hier wieder buchen.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Wohnung in Top-Lage und sehr gut ausgestattet, auch ein Begrüßungs-Hugo hat nicht gefehlt. Alles Sehenswerte ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir haben unseren Wagen bei Ankunft in der Tiefgarage abgestellt und erst bei Abreise wieder dort herausgeholt. Wir können die kleine aber feine Wohnung reinen Gewissens weiterempfehlen.
