Great location

Overall we had a fantastic time at this property. Only negative was the dog hair and the cleaning wasn’t to my standards. Will definitely come back. Property manager was very responsive.

Relaxing oasis

The house was gorgeous, clean, and spacious. Our family of 5 and another family of 3 fit comfortably. The pool was perfectly heated and also clean. The hosts were easy to contact and got back to me right away when I had questions.

This is a nice house- not a fantastic house. The kids enjoyed the pool and the proximity to Delnor Wiggins and Vanderbilt Beaches is good. The dishwasher did not work and no credit was offered. There is no stock pot so do not try to make a pasta dinner. The furniture and bedding are average for the price. There are lots of rentals in No Naples so look around!!

Thank you for the review, Nancy. We are so sorry about the dishwasher breaking down, and it has been replaced. I wish you would have reached out about wanting a big ol' pot for your pasta and I would have had one dropped off immediately. I offer concierge service for this reason, as mentioned to you when I called with your arrival information. I told you to reach out with ANY questions or concerns and I'd be more than happy to assist. Thank you for the constructive feedback, and we will look into your complaints. Thank you for letting us host you. Best - Jenn property mgr

The house was great. it was clean comfortable and with attention to detail. The mattresses, the grill section, the pool and everything else was well taken care of and the host make sure the furniture, the ceiling fans, and all other details were of really good quality. Even the hose next of the outside shower was not of regular quality. The only reason I am not leaving a 5-star review is that the AC seem to have a mind of its own and we had a really hard time controlling it. The property manager (Jennifer) was great. Always responding, cordial and attentive. She sent an AC specialist, and he worked on the air. She mentioned they were going to change the thermostat to make it simpler to manage.

Great location, house was like new!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Out family loved the house and the pool was just what we were looking for. The house was like new and the location was perfect. There is a lot of construction in the area but none of it affected our stay. Beach is walkable but we drove, $10 for an all day in/out pass. Would recommend this house!
